Hello darlings, today's oil painting timelapse is part 1 of a two part series in which I will show you how I painted this new fairy portrait. She's surrounded by glowing butterflies and fireflies in a magical evening meadow and heavily inspired by classical realism. In this video I'll show you how I created the concept sketch, digital color mockup, and monochromatic grisaille underpainting for this piece.
