Possibly the best recording of these pieces. Martinon was the master of Debussy and Ravel. When Martinon was in Chicago at the same time Munch was in Boston, RCA went crazy with the French Repertoire!
@@ilirllukaci5345 In the last 2 measures of Iberia....both of them do the Trombone upward glissando where it's more noticable! I love it! Yes Munch was actually Alsatian! French with German sprinkles!

Münch was a closet Alsatian (for RCA). Martinon was a creature of the Mediterranean to my way of thinking.
