Brussels Sprouts Recipe:
*12 oz- Fresh Brussel Sprouts
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil (enough to coat the brussels sprouts)
*2 Cloves- Minced Garlic
*Salt & Pepper to taste
Sweet Heat Sauce:
*3 TBSP- Honey
*Pinch- Minced Garlic
*2 TBSP - Butter
*
Adjust rack to the top position and preheat oven to 425°
Wash, dry, trim, and halve brussels sprouts
Put in a bowl with oil, salt and pepper, and minced garlic.
Toss together.
Toss onto a baking sheet with a drizzle of oil on top.
Roast on top rack until browned and tender, 15- 20 minutes.
While in the oven…
In a small microwave, safe bowl, add honey, a pinch of garlic, 2 tablespoons of butter, and a pinch of red pepper flakes (optional). Microwave until the butter melts, 30 seconds. Stir to combine.
Drizzle brussels sprouts with hot honey and serve.
