30 days with the right yeast should easily get you over 20% upto 24%. Go with a turbo yeast on Amazon that is labeled for high ABV%. It will get you from 15% to 20% in 5 days. Most are completely inactive for the first 24 hours so, don't expect any real activity until the following day.

Not fully, I did switch out my flask once it reached 150F though. I didn’t measure any heads from it, just once it hit 173 I collected everything after that until it hit 180.
Lookin good! I might just suggest making the background wall and the table surface the same color it'll help with camera contrast.
