Great looking pants, but I don't think I can justify $350 for one pair of pants. For that money, I'd hope to have similar protections, water resistance, and warmth for about $175 at most. Any suggestions in the $100-175 price range? Cold weather hiking, not skiing or snowboarding.
I LOVE these pants and have used them for most days this winter. Not just for splitboarding either. Just used them today to take 4 of our nieces sledding. Then used them to shovel our driveway... Very versatile pants. You might want to check out Columbia or other brands in that level. I have seen some good deals on Outdoor Research, and that is a brand that I can fully stand behind. They make the best gear for the money. I am sure there are some great options at that price point as well. I feel kind of bad that I can not recommend an exact model. We are pretty fortunate that we get to test the higher end level of gear.
Awesome, as usual, great review. The fit looks great, not so much a Euro Fit 🙂, and like the versatility. Happy New Year, my MAN!! 👏
Great review, could you please review the Kuhl Radikl Outsider pants? Thanks
