- Special Operations Training with Instructor Zero in Poland with including FORMOZA, GROM, A.B.W. (Polish FBI), C.B.A. (Anti-Corruption Bureau), J.W.K. (Commando Unit), BOA (Counter Terrorism), MOSG (Naval Border Security) and CSWL (Land Force Training Group).
Grom is one of the most effective and definitely one of the strongest Special forces out there, there is a ranking of special forces out there and Grom is 4 in the world :D Love Poland.

Nyiar The point of GROM is to be the best of the best, Polish version of Delta Force or SAS. While Formoza is Polish SEALS and JWK is Polish Green Berets. They’re most definitely badass and good but not as good as GROM

Good to see the old falling leaf firing position. Massively underrated. Keep situational awareness, maintain a 180 degree field of fire and reduce profile.

Great job. ABW is Polish NSA rather than FBI. Polish FBI is CBOS.
ABW is counterintelligence and state security. CBOŚ is police unit for big, organized crimes. It's hard to directly compare.
@@Lurker01 You are right, I forgot that FBI does also the counterintelligence work, not only significant criminal cases.

Guess it's actually more at 2:38. First guy rotates and has the muzzle at his head, second guy starts firing without changing his mag. Weapon was hot.

In my opinion there is nothing special about our Beryl or anything. MSBS is a Polish firearm that really deserves attention at the moment.

robfrmny21 I don't know about what moment in the video you are talking about but I can say that in the official GROM SOFREP video there was an operator shooting his HK416 with one hand on the magazine. But for sure they know what they are doing.

Read about Iraq lol. They did many of the hardest ops there. They are THAT good.

Thos are some of the know and very general.
2002-2003 - Mission in Persian Gulf. Maritime Interdiction Operations.
2003-2004, 2007-2008 - GROM soldiers took part in the Operation Iraqi Freedom. Also operated in Iraq after May, 2003.
2007-present - GROM is a part of Special Forces in Afghanistan, as Task Force 49, operating in Ghazni Province.[9]
