Always fascinating seeing current F1 drivers battling each other in junior series over 10 years ago!
lewis and nando over 20 years ago now, quite crazy
Erm excuse me no all of these races were 10 years ago 🙄
@@thejenkins206 oh really? wow didnt notice🤦♂️ did i say all those clips were from then?
@@nsx_montana you literally said 10 years ago, don’t try and back away from your comment, you’re wrong simple as that
@@thejenkins206 wow you fell on your head or you must be really bored😂 I mean SOME drivers and didnt specify ALL drivers😂😂
The fact that Alonsos crash was in F3000 shows how long he has been in F1.
He's a old fart
He's 41 years old and his first season was in 2001, the same as Kimi's. Here are some intresting facts about that season:
-Michael Schumacher had won his first title with Ferarri the year before, his third overall
-It was Two-Time Champion Mika Hakkinen's last year in F1, as well as Jean Alesi's. Murray Walker gave his last commentary at that years US Grand Prix, which was Hakkinen's last win.
-Juan Pablo Montoya made his F1 debut that season along with Alonso, and Raikkonen (Raikkonen had a nasty crash with Alesi in that years Japanese GP I think).
-Jordon (who eventually became Aston Martin), Arrows (which became Super Aguri and then folded), and Prost (which folded at the end of the season) were still in F1 as teams
-Speaking of Arrows, Jos Verstappen drove for Arrows that year which makes Raikkonen and Alonso to be the only men to race both Vestappens in F1
☝️
Even though it might be a niche, on social media, that it's about F1 and motorsport. Meant that, it is not viewed as much as it deserves..
It has to be one of the best comments, I've seen on UA-cam, such as this.
Very cool.. props to you dude.

Crazy that Hamilton got knocked out from that crash
Id imagine that remains his worst motorsport crash to date coz his biggest F1 crash was Europe in 2007 but despite the impact remained conscious
@@Cpr1234 That 2007 one.... that's the one that he went in straight because of deflaiting tyre and the video showing him "dancing" his legs, cause they bloody hurt, right? I think the one showed HERE might be a up and over by the other one, which might has grazed his head, or a side/lateral impact that bounced his head against the side of the cockpit...... Some of these early pre-f1 roll-overs look almost deadly in outcome
@@Kam1Kaz3NL77 he moved his legs to make sure they weren't broken

Interesting to see how some of these crashes (Piastri, Bottas and Russell) were so minor. They probably had karting crashes that were more violent.
I mean that's probably 100% likely. Karting is like 10 times more dangerous than Car Racing

Sainz and Magnussen was actually crazy! Magnussen was sent completely airborne and gone head over heels..
Crazy to think how EuroFormula Open went from 22 cars to 8
Depressing, honestly. Those are late 2010's Indy Lights numbers.
The crash of Sargeant was last year, not in 2021, because F2 wasn`t there in `21.
It is 2022

Always amazes me the bad take the commentator has on the stroll Monza crash
That was 100% caused by stroll squeezing giovanazzi, but he says gio moved over on lance? He was put on the grass and lost grip!
Nearly every crash that includes stroll is caused by him. He's not fit for this sport.
Man had to be paid by Lawrence to say that shit 😂
@@LessGo7921 your saying stroll is a good driver?
@@SeapointRoleplay Hell nah 😂 I was saying the announcer had to be paid by Stroll’s dad to defend Stroll for squeezing Gio
I kinda hate Stroll 😂
Well, the commentstor never blamed either of them, he simply stated that Gio was attacking Stroll, had a wheel on the grass and lost traction and therefore went into the side of Stroll. No one was blamed if you listen to what was actually said.
@msvd Video idea: F1 champions crashes in series' after they left F1. (RAI wrc, HAK DTM, FIT Cart, PIQ Cart etc)

I'm suprised Yuki didn't get PTSD when battling Nikita Mazepin at the 2020 Belgian GP
Cool video, although some beats had much better options to be placed, but I liked it!
It doesn’t matter how many times I see the Norris and Stroll crashes they are still horrendous.
Great vid! Must have taken a lot of time!
great video
Zhou always getting the most fucked up crashes
What I’ve learned today is stroll was always blind
Already in Eurocup talking about how good Piastri is...I can't wait!
"That's a Bird sandwich" 😂
We didn't invent the bird, but we did invent the bird sandwich.
Special guest: Daniel Ricciardo
I’m quite surprised that these were all formula races. I would have expected someone like Alonso to have a crash in a Prototype or Sports Car seeing as he’s done so much other races out of F1
9:47 the time it took rowland to get right back into the race after that was rapid haha

The commentator for Alonso’s clip in 2000 (and many of the clips in this video) is the current commentator for WEC and eWEC.
7:08 RIP Justin Wilson.
Lance's crash was nasty af.
Yeah could have been much uglier if the car had taken a different angle ever so slightly, lucky him.
Yuki and Liam could yet be teammates again!

So only 3 drivers appeared to have flipped in their junior career, and two of those have also flipped in F1.
Interesting.
Without watching the video. Stroll, Alonso, and perez (Hungary 2015) have flipped an f1 car. Stroll did it f3
Magnussen also flipped but the camera didnt catch that

Alonso's Indy 500 practice crash was way harder than that.

I was so confused when I first heard his name being said years back. I’ve learned to pronounce it with the last c silent because that’s how I hear it pronounced most often.
“Vrshapn”
Incredible to see Calderon in multiple clips... And as far as I can tell the cause of all crashes shown as well. Impressive and not in a good way
"multiple clips" are actually two, and in the first one it's clearly Leclerc's fault, who was given a 5-place grid penalty at the following round.
5:16
“Horrific looking incident”
Calderon loves crash with future F1 driver
How unsurprising that Stroll is the one who caused his crash with Giovinazzi, couldn't have been any other way.
And by not using his mirrors, a tried and true tradition.

How did bottas survive that !
From the lead daniil kvyat takes a 10 seconds penalty 🤣🤣

Wellcome to germany: noemotion and the worst possible pronunciation
Considering some of the crashes he had early in his F1 career, I have a hard time believing that was Max’s worst crash in his junior career. That seemed like a pretty routine hit into the barrier
The video is about worst crashes outside F1. It was a pretty routine hit because there was only one year to choose from so not many crashes
Max only raced in F3 for one season if I recall. He immediately went to F1 until now afterwards.
Zantvort 2022*
"Estenban" Ocon
Logan accident at zandvoort was 2022
calderon featuring in 2 wrecks
from what I heard the commentators say here, stroll hadnt looked in his mirrors whilst passing Gio. good to know he doesnt just do that in f1
Zhou be like : "They see me rollin' they cringing !"
Stroll was always not using his mirrors apparently. He loves moving on the straights and braking for some reason.

yes, a few years ago
@@msvd3803 God I hate Liberty Media for blocking those videos

I can't help but think this concept for a video would work better with an historic F1 grid instead of a current one. You'd have more variety in disciplines and not just the traditional European open-wheel ladder system with one Formula E clip thrown in.
