Well done mate ! in 1993 I rebuilt a 550A, replaced the barrels with new ones.... except the center one, which was not available in OZ to get around it I used a outer barrel and filed down the fins to make it work and had chambers made to fit, had to split the case to replace the kick start shaft ! anyhow it went great for years and I also put a extra brake disc and caliper on the front which was not hard !
Great video! Question from a newbie: could one use plastic or wooden wedges instead of screw drivers to pry the crank case open? It is invaluable for someone like me to watch an experienced mechanic at work. So, thank you again.

(Actually, I am not exactly a newbie. But I haven’t done any serious motorcycle wrenching for about 40 years. I feel like a newcomer.)
It's great to hear your voice again Dave, it's been a long time mate. Don't have time to watch the whole video right now but I will. Good on ya mate!
A great watch keep them coming mate
Just watched the full video mate really enjoyed it.
Sorry, an interesting video spoilt by mind numbing music. Had to give up.
The B models also had non chromed bores in all the two strokes as Suzuki realised the problem , I replaced them with B barrels !
Interesting channel but the music spoils it
Compelling viewing, nice one! Is this the model with chrome bore linings?
A different camera angle that was focused on the work and not your back would be better
Thanks for the video
Can't see mot of what you do, can't hear most of what you say.
