Hi Jim
I avidly watch your videos from here in the UK. Would you mind if I went 0ff-piste and asked you about the Hemmingway Evolution stonefly legs and bodies? I can buy these through a UK supplier but they don't stock them and have to order direct from the manufacturer. Consequently, I can't get my hands on any to look them over and I am trying to find out the corresponding hook size to fit the range i.e small: medium: large and extra large: Any advice? kind regards

I would say they are ranging from #6 to #12 I use the #6 on the large I have never seen the extra large. Go to Frostyfly on FaceBook I'm sure he will be able to give you the exact sizes you need.
