Am ftp and am around 170 wishes on the standard banner, attempting to get welt, but have gotten Clara, Bronya, and bronyas light cone from it and as well got Jing Yuan form the special banner. Am also only at Trailblaze level 37, this game is now my life line
I always use my primos on standard too, I know its a bad habit, but even in Genshin and here too..my lukc is only concentated on standard banner, so its hard to not rol there when the Gatcha Gods treat me better than than on the limited banners.
I think I did all the "don'ts" except for 1 and 8 (ﾉ≧ڡ≦) rules are meant to be broken (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧
Same logic as genshin impact is applied in this game though im planning on staying in Equilibrium 3 a lot longer to get rdy to lvl up my characters only then when I have enough mats I'll go to Equilibrium 4
I got gepard, bronya, bronya lightcone, welt, yanqing, and claras lightcone from standard banner. Im 180 pulled deep and broke. I am trying to hit 300 pity for clara or bailu, Im F2P, was it worth it?

That account is pretty stacked. You are going to have an easy time with most content. Honestly you can go to 300 if you really want to, like I said I did it myself too. If you are thinking about long term though, saving for a rate up character you really want is technically better because if they treat this game like Genshin, rate up characters are limited and will never go into standard banner. So if you want a shot at any of these characters like Silver Wolf, Kafka, Blade, Luocha, etc, you'd want to save for those.
But it's your account, if you are having fun that's all that matters. Glad you got Clara she is top tier
