- I go over the new Surefire Stiletto light as well as the Surefire Guardian dual beam rechargeable lights, compare the two, and go over who I think each light is best for.

Bet your neighbors love these tests . Seems like good lights Thanks.
You're welcome 👍🏽
Good video, bought the guardian
Illuminating content as usual! 👍
😂
Nice!! These are great times to have a light addiction. lol. I like both of those. Thank you sir for another great video
Always bringing us what we want to see and buy, thank you.
You're welcome 👍🏽
I recently purchased Stiletto after watching this video. Thanks! Its perfect for EDC for me.
Hey man, curious what your thoughts are after 12 months? I’ve been on the fence for a couple weeks now. Also wondering if I should just go pro. Would love your opinion on EDC. Thank you
Gotta love them Surefires!! Bought the EDCL2-T to work in a truck yard and now I carry that thing EVERYWHERE. I gotta say that Stilletto is sick tho, but no funds 😕. There’s a Surefire for everyone.
Indeed
I’ll stick with the stiletto
I need help man I want a stillleto I'm stuck on 650 or 1000 lumens?????
Please stop! If I even look at another torch the ole' Lady will castrate me! What is it about a good torch that's so addicting?
Thanks for another great vid.
you're very welcome!
Great review, thinking about getting the Stiletto for a backup light while on duty. It must be a good light since you only threw the Guardian at the end of the video :D
I threw both; forgot to upload the Stiletto footage !
@@Mrgunsngear lol I was just messing with ya since you leaned more towards the Stiletto for your everyday uses :D Keep up the great work brother!
Awesome review on thesis two Surefire lights Sir. I myself like the Stiletto version, just because of the EDC features. Also the price point too. Very Cool Surefire flashlights.
Nice light. Great review
Thank you
Glad to see flashlight companies moving towards USB C charging ports.
concur
Stiletto Pro 1000 lumen model? Have you got an early release that you’re testing by chance?
haven't
Mrgunsngear Channel I’m sure you would have mentioned it if you did, it definitely looks like a winner. Appreciate the response. Take care bud. 👊
Have you got an review of the FURY DFT Dual-Fuel Tactical LED Flashlight?
I really like the sidekick; have you ever seen those?
sidekick is great with keys
@@reallyhappenings5597 yep, I’ve got one on my keychain and it’s very handy.
I have several flashlights and yet nothing beats my wowtac bss v3. Only 50 bucks. You should show it the viewers
I have the Guardian DBR light. It feels well made, and it is bright. One thing though, it is basically a disposable light. It is a sealed unit that is not user serviceable. It does not have the old Surefire lifetime warrantee. The warrantee will run out before the internal batteries no longer take a charge. You will have to toss it as there is no longer any warrantee, you would have to buy a new one at whatever price they are going for.
BRR they’re both made by surefire......

The best lamp reviewer!
Thank you
BUT....ON THE Stiletto does it turn on in your pocket when you bump into something? Just hate lights that do that.
mine did once
I would prefer the guardian with a belt clip and a tail switch.
Thank you for the video. After a year I’m curious if you still carry the Stiletto or would still recommend it. Also would you spend the money on the Pro if it was going to be your ONLY light. Thank you!!
Are there mineral glass or plastic that is easily scratched?
308K subscribers. I'd say its time for an AR-10 upload!
😁
Are you going to review the tactition or if you have can you provide a link to your video on it
Just put it in the search box; comes right up
@@Mrgunsngear awesome thanks dude
Can you activate both light heads at the same time on the guardian ?
no, you can't.
What kind of batteries does the stiletto take...
Can't say I'm super impressed with the distance of this light Guardian, I don't believe the rating of the meters. Think it could be a qc issue? I just can't believe this is 1,000 lumens
“Honey, there’s another bright light shining through the windows!”
😁
Chris E “the government’s spying on us!”
Can you change the battery in the stiletto?
I don't know
Stipple the sides of that bad boy!
No watch? Or smartwatch?
no, yes
Good vids. Why do light company’s make good lights but have poor run times? It’s just not practical!!
not sure I understand the question in context of competitive options
Holden 308 depends; a lot of good lights are powerful but that can drain a battery quickly, I like it because you’re probably not going to have it on the whole runtime and just when you need it.
Your neighbors ever wonder what you are doing with flashlights all the time?
No
more lumens is usually more bueno
🇺🇸
Whoa..first?
If so...great review so far.
2nd 😉
I agree that both lights are great car lights. Can’t think why truckers, road workers, tow truck drivers etc wouldn’t have both lights haha shit I want both!! I have surefire and they are great. These being rechargeable how good would they do if they fall in a puddle of water/mud? Like inches of water deep not feet
should be fine as it's within IPX7
Oh thank god he grew his beard out......LoL :)
😁
Just asking... If you are carrying a light other than a fixed weapon light, why would you not prefer a combat light? Since you always carry a weapon, this has to fill-in if don’t have a mounted light and/or used for situational awareness. Why not a light with multiple functions of unmounted weapon light, situational awareness light and combat light? I would think it better to carry a slightly heavier Surfire defense light. Carrying two lights would be a bigger annoyance.
not sure why you think this can't be a "combat" light?
Mrgunsngear Channel Front strike bezel and tail cap and tactical grip to name three reasons. The one you reviewed might be used but not designed for it so if your going to carry a dedicated situational light, why not a true tactical combat light? For a situational + gun + “combat” light to accompany my gun, I would rather have the Surefire Defender than the Guardian.
Which one would be better for walking my
dog at night?
probably the Guardian
I’d go with a headlamp.
Nice things like these lights would tend to walk away on a jobsite. Mag lite AA it is. Thanks crack head painters
😁
Surefire, meh too expensive
Duly noted
