Front camera is pretty clear (4k), but rear si only 2k.

that's a good question.
I am not sure if the dash cam is set up for that as the cables are set up for the Car Cigarette Lighter but IMO, hooking the dash cam up to the battery increases the chance of draining the battery out, which I am not a fan of.
