She is a television commentator seen on Fox News, Fox Business, CNN en Español, and her work and big data has been featured by Forbes, CNN, HuffPost, published in collaboration with researchers at Harvard and referenced by Heads of State and the C-suite. She is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of CIEN+ and Culturintel, a cultural intelligence® marketing and tech research firm helping Fortune 500s understand how to turn cultural shifts and inclusion into accelerated business impact.
