People try counter shot after parry absolutely great for bosses, as it doesn't consume a black powder charge , so can be used after every parry and its the secound ranged skill on the tree, so u can get it early. Im loving it. Edit: it also sends enemies and bosses 10 metres away on there back, too get some attacking in .
Ok question: does the armour or outfits you can buy in the pubs of the vendor actually do anything. Because some have metal knee pads on the legs, so was wondering if they give you defense or not, as there pretty expensive and it doesn't say anywhere if they give you stats or anything . Because if its just for look thats crazy expensive

Have fun using every other mechanic and aspect this game does right and complete the game sooner so you can move onto more worth while games on game pass. Problem solved. Or just don’t play this game at all. You wouldn’t feel like you’re missing out if you never played this game.
Curse siphon doesn't seem to be doing anything for me. I see the red whispy things flowing into me, but I'm not seeing my health go up. Edit: Never mind. I guess I really wasn't paying attention.

The game has a lot of potential but a couple of bad design flaws can cause momentary frustrations which you have to be able to deal with. Main issue is the unblockable attack warning showing up way to late. Basically sometimes that warning only shows up when you have already commited to parrying (parrying windows are actually very kind). My tip if this happens a lot is to try to fight from a little more distance.
I wouldn't get it on steam deck intill valve have tested it. Honestly as it's just an ok game, so if it performed bad u be gutted. So I would wait too see of it gets verified and even then probably 30 fps

Also his first tip was to ignore powder early when really you should rush counter shot so you can parry red attacks

The parry and dodge is so bad in this game. I typically don’t even use them in any game but the timing is poor in the game

I think the game is good, but for me, I’m having a little bit of performance issues with crashing, but other than that I’m having a good time
