I was just staring into the celling corner and just randomly started laughing and could not stop

So Basically,I was out shopping with my Auntie and her son. And we were running about,and then I fell and had a HUGE cut on my leg,that was bleeding like mad. And for some reason I started laughing like a maniac. My auntie just stood there shocked,and said “Naya! Oh my goodness are you okay?! Why are you laughing” I didn’t say anything and just smiled,it’s because I was is pain and didn’t like showing my emotions in public. So then we kept on chasing each other (after my Auntie bandaged me up) Then my auntie told us to slow down,so I stared at her for ages. Like for what happened next!!
