I had two cups that I’d made a year ago that were just sitting there so I just decided to follow this tutorial and even though I was confused at times with the explanation, I carried on as best as I could and it actually looks so good. It’s the first thing I’ve ever crocheted that looks wearable 😅
Girl pleeeease keep making tutorials! I would’ve loved to find informative and easy to follow videos like this when I started crocheting 🥹 Plus you seem like such a sweet person and your voice is absolutely calming. The algorithm did good for once 😂🫶🏼
Thank you for your tutorial !❤ I’m Thai(sorry for my broken English) and I saw this video tutorial. So, I made it. It didn’t difficult for me but not easy as well 😂 I finish in 2 days and it’s superrrr cute. I post it on my instagram so my friend dm me say that top so cute. Thank you so much again ❤❤❤
Just followed the steps of your video! The top came out so cute 😍 definitely not as clean on the sides as I would like but pretty good for my first attempt! Never done that cluster stitch before.
omg girl i swear i've seen this top so much on my pinterest but i never knew how to make it!! i'm def gonna make one in red or white for the forth of july! thank you!!!!
remember seeing the top on ig first, thought it was absolutely pretty🌸🌸🌸 cant wait to try this out ,though i might make it a tube with straps instead of the cups, hopefully it turns out well❤
hey loved the tutorial I just wanted to ask smth about the part you start the bottom stitch so you counted 6 and insterted your hook on the seventh stitch but if i wanted more coverage in the back would i have to count 7+7 14th stitch or 6+6+1 13th stitch hope you understand
Hey! I love the tutorial! I'm halfway through it. At 20:00, I have 6 stitches left before the middle so it's not going to be symmetrical :/ so basically I have to do the cluster before the middle and not in the middle. How can I do? Thanks!
I love the tutorial, did you slip stitch the last cluster before you went to the half crochet, and where did you insert your hook to finish the half crochet✨
hi i love your videos sm on your tiktok in one of them you showed this rlly cute mini skirt and i was wondering if you could do a tutorial on that btw this top is so adorable!!
i cant lie she completely lost me at the end with the double crotchet on the strap instructions unclear, white wool makes it hard to see whats going on
there’s not a fixed way to take the measurements as it’s all about your preference of how you want it to fit! so when starting the cup you want the chain to reach from the side of your boob (where you want the edge of the cup to lie) to the middle of that boob. then you keep creating the rows as i described in the video until the bottom (or side) of the cup reaches from the top to the bottom on you boob and reaches your desired coverage. hope this helps!
I really loved this top and I already crochetted the cups together but idk if you could explain how you did the second row of the rest of the top or the net ig? (Idk how its called 😭😭)
if you want more coverage on the back i would say make the chains about 15-20 chains longer. i chained 90 then started 14 chains away from the cups so if you chain around 105-110 and start around 28 or 35 chains away from the cups (has to be in multiples of seven). remember you’re doing the same on both sides so don’t go too far out on one side as you have to match it on the other and it might not fit if you go too far out! hope this helps
I have a question to ask ehen u start the patern underneath the chain and 3 double croches is should there be 4 stiches the 3 double croches with chain 4 or should there just be 3 double croches 17:12 tyy love shirt but lil confusing
hey! i only have 4 patterns and this isn’t one of them, hence why i made the video as i thought this top would be easier explained in a video than written down
So first u didn’t even show us how to single crotchet. If this really was beginner friendly u wouldn’t have shown that. Yes I’ve single crotcheted before but I have to see a visual I haven’t memorized the patterns yet. Taking my like back lol
hey! in the title it says “relaxed tutorial” which meant that it wasn’t a very formal tutorial and was a bit more chilled. also i didn’t think id claimed this was a beginner friendly top but if i said that in the video i am sorry, i would advise its for advanced beginners maybe but more intermediate crocheters.
I can understand the frustration about feeling misled, but not every beginner-friendly tutorial starts from the very very beginning. What's nice about the internet is you can always find another video about single crochet to refresh your memory! You have every right to dislike a video that isn't what you thought it would be, but since it's not the creator's responsibility to appeal to the needs of every viewer, you have no right to reprimand her in her own comments section. Being upset is understandable, but being rude is a choice (and rarely the right one).
Please make a tutorial for the vest you’re wearing in the beginning, it’s stunning! ❤

You should try slip stiching back over the straps to make them more secure
the earring as a stitch marker you are so me
I’ve landed with 3 spaces in between the last cluster and the middle stitch so I would be going into the 4th instead of the 6th
Love this tutorial!!! So cute but I just can not understand how to do the bottom part of it it’s looks so weird when I try 😭 please help

Perfect summer top! Also , you are so pretty!!!

hey! i think it's this one by anna greene: ua-cam.com/video/q30_85uNtvA/v-deo.htmlsi=7aMt-6m48ijFGMfj :))))
on its way in the next few weeks! 🫶🏻
The way you explain is complicated 🫠 I love the shirt but it was just so unclear at some points
hey lovely, could you give me an idea of what parts you were confused on and maybe i can help!
@@leniscrochetcan you explain the measurement stuff better
@@leniscrochetI’m a little confused on how to measure my boob or my friends boob ahha

ur stunning girl and so talented
I’m trying to start crocheting.
I plan on making on making a baby blanket for my cousins baby.
can u help me with the sizes? what’s the number for cup C and D ?? 😅
could you make a tutorial of top that you were wearing in the video please?
coming soon! it’s my next video to do🫶🏻
if you counted 6 and went to the 7th then went and counted another 6 howare you still on the chain and not the cups
I’m struggling with that too! Very confusing
I really loved this top and I already crochetted the cups together but idk if you could explain how you did the second row of the rest of the top or the net ig? (Idk how its called 😭😭)
starting this!!
same here!
Hey! I'm making the top right now but in 20:28 I'm left with 6 spaces before I hit the middle. I'm a bit confused on what I should do.
Очень красивый топик, и вы тоже оооочень красивая
what if i want to make it to cover more my back? how many chains should i do im confused 🙏 🙏
if you want more coverage on the back i would say make the chains about 15-20 chains longer. i chained 90 then started 14 chains away from the cups so if you chain around 105-110 and start around 28 or 35 chains away from the cups (has to be in multiples of seven). remember you’re doing the same on both sides so don’t go too far out on one side as you have to match it on the other and it might not fit if you go too far out! hope this helps
I love the stitch at the lower part of the top. What is it called?
Na parte 20:40 eu fiquei confusa e frustrada por nao entender como você ta fazendo
What do you do so its not see through? I want to crochet some tops but i'm scared that they turn out see through 😭😭
I use a smaller crochet hook with a bit more tension
Tyyy!@@bontlemohale8923
@@bontlemohale8923 I used 4.0 and more tension but will it be more wool and will I still need to weave bc I hate weaving

How much yarn did you use?💗
150-200g 🫶🏻
How can I make these cups not have gaps? If I go smaller, it will be too small but I just don’t have the assets to fill the cup 😭
You could try a different weight yarn and smaller hook size
What style of top is this called?
is there anyway to add to the side i accidentally made one side shorter!
does it matter what yarn it is?
no not really! just your preference!
@@leniscrochet thank you so much!
Im confused at 17:25 😢
Me too
you just skip 6 single crochets and put 3 double crochets in the 7th stitch, i hope that helps 😊
@verafriesen7839 Tysmmm I understand it now❤
@@verafriesen7839do you mean 6 chains?😢
How much did it take u?
it took around 150g of yarn and about 2 hours!
is there anyway to add to the side i accidentally made one side shorter! o
do you mean you made one cup smaller or the bottom portion is unequal?
I’m confused at 5:22 like what???
at the earring as a stitch marker or the description?
@@leniscrochetI was confused for the putting 3 stiches into the same stitch to make the cup but I figured it out almost done making the shirt!
I cannot find the pattern for this top on your website even after going to the patterns page :/
hey! i only have 4 patterns and this isn’t one of them, hence why i made the video as i thought this top would be easier explained in a video than written down
Okay, thank you 😊
what size needle did you use
4.5mm
On 21:36 im really confused on that part. you say reach over but then you say chain two space. what do you mean by that?
you don’t chain, you reach over and crochet into the chain two space from the previous row!
