As It Is whey isolate 2kg packet is totally different from 1kg. 2kg tastes like detergent has different color and texture. I doubt it is genuine please make a video on it if possible. I doubt they’re cheating people with their 2kg whey isolate

Sir i have started consuming Asitis whey isolate unflavoured and i feel bloated as soon as i drink it. I tak it with water, is there any solution for this ? i train 6 times a week, i do strength training and football i am planning to gain lean mass and reach upto 12 to 15 % of body fat. Asitis Ka whey protein isolate Acha hi it has more protein than concentrate.
Product is very good for professionals but for beginners it is quite hard to get it absorb at first use. Can create gas problems as there are no enzymes added for digest. Do not take more than 1g of per kg of body weight for beginners . For example I am 90 kg so I take 90 gm.
