Jared, do you see much difference in the RC and 510’s you previously wore? I've been wanting to get the RC’s because they have a charcoal w/orange pair that match my bike. But if the shoe seems to wear faster than the 510’s then I don't see a reason to buy a pair for cosmetic reasons.
I like my RC Hellion elite. I just got the new Five Tens, so I can’t tell you if they wear out faster or not. I’ll be making more videos when I get enough time riding them to give an honest opinion. My original Five Ten wore out a little faster than the RC shoe. But I think the 5/10 rubber is softer, with maybe a tiny bit more grip. I think you’ll be happy with either shoe. I’ll put out a versus video as soon as I get more time riding the 5/10s
@@JaredHoff . Thanks. I’m rehabbing from a health issue and thought the Velcro would be an asset. I also felt I could use these as a cold weather shoe. That only leaves me with the Free Rider EPS. Any views on these. Hurry they are on sale at present.
@@JaredHoff Freeride has a seam inside the thumb from the stitching, wildly cuts the thumb. I measured it in the store, did not take it. I do not know how to remove such a minus.

Not good 😬 I don’t use these shoes anymore. The Velcro doesn’t work well and I hate the way they look when wearing shorts lol
