So Logic just released his newest studio album, Confessions of a Dangerous Mind (I'm convinced we're never getting Ultra 85 at this point). I was supported by the singles CoaDM, Homicide with Eminem and Keanu Reeves.

Logic better take a step back and get his shit together because he’s repeating himself a lot on his albums and projects. This results in semi decent to crap projects with the same flows and some crappy bars. Production is one of the only things along with the features that saves this album. I only like songs Homicide,Confessions of a Dangerous Mind,Lost in Translation,and Mama/Show Love. Logic is not a bad artist but he hasn’t been hitting the marks and the album isn’t bad it’s just boring.

Almost every beat is actual flames, for the first time ever, I’d say take Logic off of them (except Mama/Show Love, that’s one of the best tracks he’s dropped in a while)

This basically was a review of Logic's career, but also Bobby Tarantino 2.5
After every new logic album I have to go back and listen to under pressure to remind my self why I keep listening to logic.
looking back on this album, i think logic rewarded the people who stayed ‘till the end (lol yeah I threw in the reference) with lost in translation. and the Japanese figure at the end thanks you for staying with him throughout the whole album. i think he realizes he isnt doing very good right now. i hope soon he truly releases something like under pressure.
I’m a huge logic fan for sure and I think I’ve found a pattern in his past couple albums he has one song that consist heavily to the albums concept like the album “everybody”as people know the name of that album at first was called Africano or something like that but I feel that after he writes a very concept driven song like the song “everybody”(the song) he changes the name of the album around that one concept driven song which could miss lead the listener to think that the whole album is around that concept but before he wrote that concept song “like everybody or COADM “ he has a bunch of songs that has nothing to do with the concept and he just throws it into the album and that shows that he is constantly working but it’s not focused work. What I think he needs to do is think of a concept before he goes into the early stages of an album and write all of his songs around that concept
Almost every beat on here is exceptional, but Logic just keeps up with repetitive lyrics and not that much substance often. I just want to hear Logic take his time with an album.

Tbh I love logic. But damn this album is just average at best. Mama was good, homicide was dope (don’t @me) and I loved getting a will smith verse. But other than that it’s just ok. G-eazys verse was also lowkey fire, and keanu reaves was alright. And the hook on icy is actually my guilty pleasure.
