From my understanding:
1) Coffee ice for iced coffee so it doesn't water down
2) Fruit ice for fruit waters
3) Juice ice for smoothies
4) Regular ice for everyday purposes/ those long tubes for water bottles
And then all the different shapes for convenience like the cubes or balls, aesthetics like the roses, or fun like the butterflies
