Thank you for all your teachings! I’m fairly new at gel printing. I love watching your videos, I have learned so much from you. I went out to buy the Deco Foil (I found it at a local card and paper crafts shop) but they did not have the Deco Foil adhesive. They had Aleene’s Foiling Glue which I bought and used on one of my gel prints. It took quite a while to dry but when it did I applied the foil and it seems to have worked well. I’m sure you know Aleene’s adhesives. The foiling glue comes in a bottle like the Deco liquid adhesive. It turned out nicely 3-dimensional. I love sparkle and this is going to take some of my prints to the next level! Thanks so much!
I love the spiral pattern. The combination of the teal spiral and the dark blue background is brilliant. Can't wait for your next video and see what you come up with. Take care.
I think I'd be more apt to go with the squeeze bottle and the Tacky When Dry from your previous video. I've used Mona Lisa Paint adhesive with mixed success. Thanks for sharing!
Deco Foil also makes another product called Transfer Gel Duo use with heat or not. I like it but just ordered the other Tacky When Dry. I use them mostly on fabrics but am anxious to use them in my mixed media too.
They discontinued the duo gel and what they make now MUST use heat. The Tacky when dry gel is super cool because it’s dimensional and no heat! I can’t fun my artwork through a laminator. :-)
Thank you Elizabeth. 💕
My pleasure April!
