Sir i bought Yonex astrox 27i lite but it disappointed a lot. It's original string tension was very weak & after I get it gutting 26 lb, it broke down within 2 days of play.

HI Akshay, well the I7 is already a very light racket at 77gms, so it means you should have a heavier racket becasue you use your arm force to play instead of wrist. you will have to practice playing with your wrist rather than elbow or shoulder. before changin ur racket do some strneght training & wrist practice for about 10-15 days & thenif you wish we will look for a new racket. Sir, am a follower of urs from Tamilnadu. I am a beginner badminton player. To be honest I was never physically active (not even jogging) since March 2020 the very first time lockdown was imposed in the state. And this Jan 10, I joined a badminton academy, I play daily and it's been approx over 10 days I have been playing the game. For the past 4 or 5 days, after playing my lower back is hurting a lot. And 3 days before I leaped with my left leg, bent down to take my mobile from the floor and my left knee made a popping sound and since then it also hurts a lot. I even played the next day with the knee pain. Sir I am confused about whether or not I can play further. Pls share ur views on this sir.

HI Akshay, well the I7 is already a very light racket at 77gms, so it means you should have a heavier racket becasue you use your arm force to play instead of wrist. you will have to practice playing with your wrist rather than elbow or shoulder. before changin ur racket do some strneght training & wrist practice for about 10-15 days & thenif you wish we will look for a new racket. I am an intermediate+ player, my style is attacking with smashes, back line game, light game style near the net, don't do much drops but I take smashes very easily. My existing racket Voltric 0.9 DG got cut and I am looking for good racket to buy (need Head Heavy,4U)

Sir, am a follower of urs from Tamilnadu. I am a beginner badminton player. To be honest I was never physically active (not even jogging) since March 2020 the very first time lockdown was imposed in the state. And this Jan 10, I joined a badminton academy, I play daily and it's been approx over 10 days I have been playing the game. For the past 4 or 5 days, after playing my lower back is hurting a lot. And 3 days before I leaped with my left leg, bent down to take my mobile from the floor and my left knee made a popping sound and since then it also hurts a lot. I even played the next day with the knee pain. Sir I am confused about whether or not I can play further. Pls share ur views on this sir.
hey Jeff, good to know about ur love for the game but sad to hear abt your injury. well if the knee hurts & the back too, then u need to stop for a while & let it heal with different exercises. YY mid-range attacking racket. It's a HH racket (not too HH though) with medium-stiff shaft flexibility. Suitable for mediocre club player like me 😊

Sir, please answer. I am using a carbonex 8000 plus racket and am gonna restring it with Bg65ti. This racket's maximum tension is 24lbs. Is it safe to restring it at the max limit or should I do it at 23 lbs. Also I have ordered the bg65ti from badminton hub India website in a haste. Is that website trustable.
