How to increase Identity V fps to 60 on PC.

In this video I showed how to increase Identity V to 60 fps using NVIDIA control panel.
I do not know how this works but it works. Turning on any android emulators while playing the game on pc also makes the limit of fps to 60. If someone knows what is happening feel free to explain it.

I also tested it by limiting my fps on any application like after burner, it also worked there. So I am guessing for AMD GPUs you need to find the limit fps option in order for this to work. Please comment down below if this works on AMD GPUs in order to confirm it.

I went to graphics settings from the search bar and not the game.
clicked on the IDV icon and went to "options" from there you can choose higher performance.
And now I get 60fps and it stays there. I was hoping there was some ways to increase the fps for this game though.

The game is capped on 60 fps by design, nothing we can do about it. The pc version runs on 30 fps by default, and that is why I created this video.

On low latency setting, I only see "Off" and "Ultra" on my control panel, if I set it to ultra would be it set to "on" like on your control panel? (i also use nvidia)

It should work. That step is not really important for removing the fps cap of 40 but I put it anyways because it might help with the feeling of smoothness. If you only have the option ultra just go for it, just make sure that your pc is not working too hard for the game, otherwise turn it off.

Hello! On my GeForce GT 630 GPU, I couldn't find "Low Latency Mode". I used to have a game that worked well, without lags and FPS decline. But with the release of the update, my FPS in the game started to drop very often.

They recently changed the shaders of the game with the Idetity V 2.0 update. I am not sure if the video still works.
Try defragging using "smart defrag" by iobit. It helps on old systems. I am not sure if it will help tho, but I think it is worth the try.
