There's not an instance where I am not in awe of how immersively beautiful this story is, always making me so invested in every character and tidbit of lore. Honestly envious to play D&D of this nature! Their passion really shows and I am here for it!!!
I love Hakea so much, the most concentrated strain of grandma energy imaginable lmao. Even if she is being a grump, she has that old lady charm that makes you go “I hear what you’re saying, I don’t agree, but I love you”
The betrayal. There were 7 witches, one died on her own, so there were 6. Then very shortly after, the apprentice betrayed her witch mentor by not accepting the role as she had promised to because she was forced to. There must be an odd number. I'm seeing what you're throwing down, Brennan!
Oh whoops. I ran out of backlog. I’m really enjoying this show. Brennan’s in peak form as always, but I really appreciate how he seems to be able to touch on some subtler vibes when he’s not running a Dimension 20 game. Not that D20 can’t get subtle, but this series does a really good job of fully immersing you in a world & story that involves a lot more intrigue & drama than I’m used to with D20. I also think the audio is slightly better than D20? I feel like the rumbling low tones in Brennan’s voice are a lot more noticeable here and it’s incredibly relaxing.

I literally yelled “I love hakea,” because she reminds me so much of my great aunt.
"Wren chose well, but you are a fool and I don't like it."
“Any blood that falls out you is bad luck” I am screaming. 😂😂😂
Taylor once again killing it on the audio 🎉 😎

This show is like a living breathing Diana Wynne Jones book and I am ever grateful! ❤
40:46 The best empathising with a character that's older than most people realise I've eaver heard in any D&D game.

what a goddamn gift this is
The moment around 25:00 when the music begins to swell is just incredible. Goosebumps.
every time I get caught up I am sad that I have to wait again
Whoa!! Two in one week? What did we do to deserve this!!
Better question is what's with the release delay on YT
Lots of witch lore to drop. I can't wait till they expose what Steel's real deal is.

Amazing Show. Looks forward to every episode.
You heard it first, Pirating isn’t stealing
45:18 ''We were enjoying ourselves''
They want to abolish the 5th station? Having learned what we've learned, I argue for adding more into the coven
