Awesome tutorial. However, as soon as I added a solid as background colour the effect disappears? Even if I drop the comp into a new comp...
Thansk
Nice
I can't seem to get this working. The choker is not choking. I've followed this step by step, what the heck? M2 MBP with latest After Effects 2024r
I'm having an issue with the Matte Choker, when I turn the softness down it doesn't get sharper, any idea why?
For me, it was because I had a white background solid within the comp. I removed it, and now it's sharp.
fast and nice))
This is so cool! would it work in apple motion?
thanks for this nice tutorial! but i still have a question: how i can add a solid as background colour without that the effect disappears?
composed the liquid circle first and add background
Great tutorial, 433 likes and no dislike
Is there a reason why matt choker doesnt work with gradient bgs?
Can you do an animation that floats from side-to-side, or maybe in a circular motion?
I’m looking to apply this kind of animation to a single object.
My version of after effects only shows the rectangle option so I did the same but with rectangles doesn't look as cool but it worked.
Out of curiosity how to you add a slight glow onto the animation
What is the code? I could hardly see to my mobile.
For those who wanna make it looped here's the link: ua-cam.com/video/AaokBICiRMU/v-deo.html
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Umm, wow. That's the simplest tutorial I've ever seen for this effect.
I made everything, step by step, dozen of times, but didn’t work :(
I had the same issue and resolved it by removing any background solids and instead defining the background color in the composition settings. I hope this helps
thank you very much
