siachoquero Battery powered trams and buses is the future, Eco-friendly with no diesel or gasoline dependency, no overhead wires to limit trafic heigh which gives lower cost in infrastructure.
Simon Kefas hum... The beginning of the video clearly states that Alstom is proud of their ground-fed tramway system in Bordeaux... Looks more sustainable to me, as the autonomy can be unlimited by this mean, while very limited by batteries
