Bro has finally lost it. He made a 33 minute video based (and red-pilled) on a 2 minute trailer. Peak Re:Zero
with this man's investigation abilities. if they ever release a second PV trailer, this man would figure out the entire plot for season 3 and 4
That is very kind of you, lol. I'm a writer and I just have a sense for this kind of stuff. I love Tappei's writing and some of it I can predict, but a lot of the stuff I enjoyed the most, I did not predict. I'm excited to see what we are going to get soon! I don't know if this is spoilers or not, but you can see it in the trailer.
The Sin Archbishop and a certain important character have the same eyes. In the First scene in the trailer where the archbishop is revealed, we get a super closed-up shot of her eyes. Both these characters do get closed up shots of their eyes on the trailer.
I think that's VERY interesting as well. I have some ideas on the implications of what that can mean, but only time can tell. I am hyped for this upcoming season! Thanks for watching!
@@JumperTheHeroYeah, Whitefox is just casually adding fuel to that theory’s fire by making that character’s ears slightly pointier for more obviousness, if the novel readers were doubting it before.

i struggle to figure out how someone can be so knowledgeable in rezero and still never explore past just the anime. i will say that on some things youre reading wayy too deep into them, like the purple egg looking thing in the scene with wilhelm and the witch cultist. a lot of other things tho haha, im not going to name any obviously because spoilers but, youve hit the nail on the head on some of these upcoming plotpoints lol. overall great analysis of the trailer, i like that you broke it down frame by frame. i love people who appreciate rezero this much
also i should say this because the anime never clears this up but petelgeuse switching bodies was NOT a part of his authority. they never explained this outright but petelgeuse is actually a spirit who can take over human bodies that have high synergy with spirits but do not hold a contract with one yet. this is why subaru is a candidate for his ability at the time, and subaru figures this out in the novels in between loops, which is why he then employs julius' help in latching a spirit onto him to know when petelgeuse attempts to transfer himself
I really want to read the light novels. The reason why I am not just yet has to do with me blind reacting to Season 3. This I think I will fairly enjoy. Once I finish watching it, or even while it's airing, I will begin the light novels, and probably after Season 3, go into the next arcs. I'm still contemplating, though, lol. Back to Petelgeuse. I had an assumption that it wasn't directly connected to his Witch factor, but even so, it wouldn't surprise me if some other abilities from the Sin Archbishops directly influence other people. Similar to Gluttony's name & memories eating ability. Whether connected to the Witch Factor or not, it is associated with these characters currently. @@JumperTheHeroyea i would hold out since we finally have a release date for s3. i will say if they do these arcs right, then this will be the best season by a wide margin but i desperately hope we get 35-40 episodes. theres just too much content for only 25 episodes

You won’t have to worry about Subarus growth in any point of the story bc it just keeps going and going and it comes in many different shapes and forms

I really appreciate that. I have no worries about Subaru's growth at all. Tappei has shown me his growth well beating my expectations of his character in Season 1 & Season 2. I'm excited for some very great moments. Ah! That's what it is. I should've gone back and looked in my re zero ost playlist. I am bad at the names of the songs, lol. @@JumperTheHeroI do think some of what she says to Subaru in episode 16 season 1 was projecting some of her trauma. Remember in season 1 where people criticise Subaru, they all have their own reasons for arriving at it and it's not just Subaru being an obvious bad guy or something. Anastasia has her own backstories growing up in Kararagi, and so does Crusch, Priscilla and Felt, although I think Felt is deliberately more mysterious so we mostly have side stories of her post arc 1 whereas with the others there's stuff from ten years in their pasts.

I mean, when stuff is being obviously presented to you in all caps, and you fail to pay attention, I don’t think it’s as much of a spoiler as it is just you being thick-skinned. Specifically, in a case like Garfiel’s mom. Unless you’re a casual watcher who basically slide-showed through Re:Zero once without thinking much, I don’t know how you could forget Garfiel’s mom and or consider her appearance in the trailer a spoiler. That just seems like a weird story comprehension thing. She’s a pretty iconic character, I would say.
Oh yeah I don't think it's an illusion and saw someone people think it was. Definitely Garfiel's mom. Can't wait to hear the story behind that, lol.

In the loli’s case, covering her up removes the gap moe she had; In the other one’s case, it’s more story-related, but I can’t say what would be the right choice in her case, since the bikini trope is a bit overdone, but I don’t know anything about her besides some small spoilers and who she is. Either way, as a hardcore weeb, removing gap moe is treason to me. I don’t approve of it no matter how many dimensions of excuses you make. It’s either you have guts, or you’re a coward so you censor it. Though it’s 2024, so censorship is a complex issue.
Yeah I get the whole censorship thing. Just for me, throwing a massive fit on Twitter about it until the character designer has to turn off a thread, kinda shows how people are definitely overreacting. But me, personally, I don't see why they didn't change or remove the loli entirely. She is a niche character, so removing what makes her niche makes me wonder what they really thought with that one. If they remove the Gap, then Gap Moe simply can't exist. I'm not sure if you know this concept, though. You gotta be particularly weeb to know Moe, since most localizations remove anything with such particularities in favor of simplification nowadays.

@@danielantony1882the character designer confirmed it was to fit global standards and other countries where it’s literally illegal for petite characters to show a certain amount of skin.
