In a situation where an employee has been given directives to negotiate a contract without prior specifics on the benchmark of the cost at which she should negotiate to and after he has negotiated to a certain price and the contract is in performance, a disciplinary action is taken against him on the basis of negligent negotiation and exceeding authority. Which of the duties of the employer can this qualify as being breached?
@@kosisochukwuikeme3310 You would need to come in to the office and give me all the details, I would also need to see the contract of employment and see to what extent the employee had exceeded his/her authority, and other details such as the disciplinary action taken, any sanction imposed, and so forth.
