Could you please help me understand the following pathology report?
    I am 57, postmenopausal.
After polypectomy, removed polyp came back positive for FIGO 1 endometrial carcinoma, Total hysterectomy and BSO was performed; pathology report diagnosis is: depth of myometrial invasion in Millimeters: 1, percentage of Myometrial invasion: 7, leiomyomata negative for lymphovascular involvement, margins are clear, Fallopian tubes and ovaries are unremarkable, pathology staging PT1A NXNX.
    Thank you.

Can you please explain what do we mean by solid growth? Does that refer to stroma?

A solid growth refers to the closely packed tumor cells without gland formation or lumina. It does not refer to the stroma.
