Seriously considering this bike. Need to go and at least try to seat on one. I am 5'9" so it might be too tall for me? But then again I have supermoto which has seat height at 910mm and I can ride it no problem, but it's 60kg lighter than WR is! 😁 Loved the humour 🤣 loved the vid, cheers!
Any changes to the exhaust hanger? If not, is the rear rack/pillion area the same body work? Wondering if the Rally Raid soft pannier luggage racks with exhaust hanger support bracket, will still fit.
And I should add, is the suspension stiffer/more supportive now for heavier riders, such that the mandatory mods on the original (stiffer springs front and rear) aren't required?
@@RegularJon Cool Im 6'1" and Ive been hearing on other reviews that the WR is way too tall for almost anybody and I really want to get that bike if it fits
i think I will stick with MY standard t7, don't need riding modes, steering stabilizer and I prefer old display. Bigger tank would be nice though, 16 liters si a joke.
Really not that concerned about the electronic settings. I think we have heard more about tat than we care to hear. We really want to know more about mechanical stuff and not see the scenery. Why do you seem so obsessed with the electronic controls?
As far as mechanical stuff goes, there isn't really anything different about this bike compared to the original one, the main differences are the electronic settings on this bike and that's why I'm talking about them!
Good review. Gonna pickup mine this week😬
best bike ever - just bought it
I don’t know what it is about those dual fuel caps that just looks badass! For sure from the view of the rider.
I love the look of them too!
Good video.
Nice one.👌🇳🇱
Jon, love the review on the hoof. Is it me, or is Darth Vader looking at you from behind the dash panel?
I can confirm that this bike in particular has joined the dark side
@@RegularJon I guessed as much. It’s where I may be headed…..
I wish more motorbike reviews had this amount of nipple jokes. Great job man :)
Hahaa thank you so much!! 🤭
I like the slim look look of the standard bike
16L fuel tank = 250-280 km range (off road 150-180km) for travel???
Thanks for the review....
Is the seat and more comfortable than the normal T7....?
The seat did seem slightly more comfortable than the normal one!

No changes to exhaust hanger as far as I'm aware 👎

@@ExpeditionaryRanger I would say it's more plush, I've not read the specifics for the bike yet 🤭
At your height do you have any problems getting your feet to reach the ground?
No problems for me!

You can buy a 23L acerbis fuel tank that fit the standard :)
