Always fun seeing con coverage. The soft head Ralph. I flashed back remembering I had a soft head Leo. First turtle fig ever bought. Had yet to see the show and knew nothing of the boom but Leo drew me in. From there the fandom grew. Well never had lazer tag but had the caotain power toys had fun playing with thoughs and watching the show. Yes one of my toys exploded while watching. That part was true.
Seriously, this is probably my favorite video you've done. I so so many smaller and local Kansas City shows, and it's refreshing to see you cover a game con in Missouri. It's all about enjoying the moment, supporting the vendors and artists there, as well as just shining a light on the smaller shows that allow for a more laid back aesthetic. Anime shows like NakaKon are other shows that have vendors that will carry some wild variants and overseas versions of older toys, games, stuff like that. Thanks for doing these more low key behind the scenes sort of vids.
hi pixel dan thanks for sharing. always love your toy shopping video, it’s like bringing us there even when we are not. also hope we can see your Toy room tour end of the year. thank you pixel dan
Ah man, Lazer Tag. I remember being in first grade and I had a pair of Lazer Tag sneakers. Anyway, seems like you had an awesome time Dan, wish I could have been there.
Hey Dan, I am the founder of MoGameCon and wanted to say thank you for coming to the Con and making this great video. We would love to have you as a featured guest or at least make sure you get free VIP access next year. Please message the MoGameCon Facebook page so we can get in touch. -Chuck
I'm a bit jealous when I look at these videos, these kind of events are non existent in Portugal, you have conventions but not exactly like these. Nice fun Dan I wish I could have been there.
Hey i actually found the exact same lazer gun toy at one of the toy shops in my city. If your looking to get another one to complete your set i could help out with that. I believe its in the exact same condition as the one you purchased. Just let me know and have a good one.
Wow I didn’t know that! As a kid I had a bunch of turtles figures... found a Donatello with soft head at a flea market and picked it up.... the entire time I had it I thought it was a bootleg because of the soft head
Nice score. 1 You know the Lazer Tag set is from the 80's since it lacks an orange safety tip 2 did you stop at Costco for a brick of double A's to use it?
A lot of people will come up with some sort of method to justify SNES titles being as expensive as they are. The reality of it is that most people in their late 30s and older are collecting for the SNES. The market is severely overpriced for even common titles.
I fell your pain man about the battletoad. One time I was at a flea shop and there was a real cheap (1$) red line 1960s hot wheels car, but when I accidentally shouted out "oooh a vintage red line!" The dealer guy took out his phone and looked up how much it was worth. He took it out of my hands and put it on a shelf and put a 50$ sign next to it. Shoud of kept my mouth shut.😞
@@chrisalan457because he has a superiority complex, a direct quote from him on another UA-cam channel I watch was, "I'm better than you" He was referring to star wars fans who have a problem with the new movies.
MO Game Con is always a blast. Glad you checked it out. Nice grab on that Famicom title. It's one I don't have.
Always fun seeing con coverage.

Saw Dan at ToyMan, he seemed less than enthusiastic about being recognized as Pixel Dan

at 4:19, that looked like John McClaine but i heard Rambo :X. Of course i could be wrong lol. BTW keep up the good work!
So the dealer wanted $250 for that figure meanwhile it was loose like that and was letting you handle it
Like that 🤔
is there a problem with letting customers handle items that your trying to sell?
I kept my boxes and booklets. And I always loved the drawings of bad guys and characters in the books too
We both won on that deal!
That's funny because I always assumed all tmnt had soft heads because those are the only ones I had.
Ah man, Lazer Tag. I remember being in first grade and I had a pair of Lazer Tag sneakers. Anyway, seems like you had an awesome time Dan, wish I could have been there.
I wish we had conventions like this around Buffalo, NY.
But we don't (at least not to my knowledge).
I'd be more inclined to check them out if we did.
I would've picked up the Lazer Tag set.

I had that laser tag set up when I lived in England. Sound!
That fanicom game you got Dan, you might want to look it up cause you might have gotten a big investment game
Nice score.

2:37 the stage of destiny is set!
Im just coming back to this after a long time and im wondering did anything happen between the Pop Culture Network and Pixel Dan.
Awsome Toy Hunter bro
Ok.. if they gonna charge $250 for a SNES game it should be in a retail package like if it's a retro toy, if open drops in value.. Right?

No Ghostbusters merch at this con?

Always fun. But boy ho boy the musak! LOL Pixel! Find something a bit more upbeat please 😃

Soft head turtles were great in case you're siblings were being annoying but you didn't want to knock em out...just wanted me to chill...
