In a sense I feel this hits home. When I came to Christ I felt like a chosen one ( not in a prideful or self righteous way),but there have been many times I have sinned and like Judas I felt that I betrayed God.. choosing to do things that were sinful felt akin to taking 30 pieces of silver.. but then regretting it.
Just like Judas choosing 30 pieces of silver so too do we fall to different types of idolatry and turn away from God.
But we have the chance to repent (change and turn away from our sins), as I am trying , though I stumble.
It’s only through His Holy Spirit who strengthens us, that we can repent truly.
    Judas didn’t repent …
This is a lesson for us to learn from.
Abba, please fill my life with Your Holiness so that I may carry my cross without stumbling. In Jesus name I ask and pray.

Forgive me My Lord. I fall at Your feet

Judas was a wolf in sheep's clothing, who only followed Jesus for selfish reasons, money and a sense of power, he wanted to take advantage of the movement.
He most likely had no intention of living by what Jesus taught, he wanted the praise of man and things of the world more, then he wanted God, things that would pass away and therefore had no real value.
He was surely corrupt and actually served the evil one. Who can be apart of that kind of love that Jesus showed and then turn away, for something so pretty as money.
He sealed his own fate. It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a lover of money to go to heaven.

Judas had a role to fulfill the prophecy it had to take his character to do it. He was destined for that that is why he did not die before the fulfillment. IF God appoints you to fulfill something I don't think there is a man with power to change that. I think Judas was appointed and had no control over it

Thank you. I've come to see Judas as an example of what happens when in our zeal we try to build an earthly kingdom (my kingdom is not of this world) by forcefully installing Jesus as a political or religious king. In so doing, we exalt our own will over God's will. We betray God's plan for a spiritual salvation and savior whose kingdom is in the next world because this world is under the control of the evil one and will always be until Jesus comes again. Until then, the world is hell-bent on eradicating Jesus from the world. About that, before there was Judas, there was Herod who wanted to kill the baby Jesus. He lied to the wise men saying it was to "come worship him". Thankfully the wise men heeded the Holy Spirit's warning and steered clear of Herod on their way home. Judas lack of discernment, greed, or whatever his motivation, made him an accessory to betrayal.

"Why Did Jesus Choose Judas?" Well...
Why did Jesus Choose Peter. And Jesus then call Peter "satan"; and said, "get thee behind me Peter"? And Jesus told Peter, that He would deny HIM; before the Cock would Crow 3 times? And Peter said he would never do that! But he did it? Thus he was worse than Judas. Oh indeed!
Why did Jesus Choose Thomas; knowing he would doubt, who Jesus was?
Why did Jesus Choose Phillip knowing he would doubt Jesus; unless He would prove it?
Why did Jesus Choose these disciples; knowing Bartholomew, Andrew, Simon, James the son of Alphaeus and Judas the brother of James; would not write gospels books, about Jesus?
And why did Jesus Choose a "non" disciple, called Saul of Tarsus; but Jesus changed it to Paul. And he wrote more books; than any other wrote in the whole bible? And Paul had more "Wisdom" of any one else. And traveled far more than any other disciples. And Preachers for 2,000 yrs have bragged on Paul. more than any other disciple!
Thus, I believe Jesus KNEW his Disciples; were never going to do what Jesus really wanted. So, He knew He would have to choose an "outsider"; to preach his Gospel every-where. To let others; who would be like Paul. Like "Billy Graham". End of Story and I rest me case.

*My* *question* *is* : if he is destined and sealed that his (Judas) fate , therefore his actions are leaning towards bad than good. So if that's the case , he has no control of the circumstances, even to repent and be deeply engaged with the Holy Spirit work, but is set at the beginning to be his fate designed to that misery?
So, meaning to say , regardless of the works we did , if we are destined and also in the beginning were sealed to be not saved ,then we are forever doomed even before we are born. And works are vain, and nothing.
What should we do in order to evade the fate of Judas? Or can we really evade it? Or can we do the works that satisfy the will of God in order to evade the same fate of a Judas? I think none.

I believe the answer lies in understanding how God perceives us, when you know a person so well that you can guess what they'll do and they do it are you determining what they do or simply knowing them so well that they prove you correct? In this way God knows us better than any ever can or will and so he knows from start to finish what we will do and therefore acts accordingly, on top of that you have the fact that God exists outside of time so he is able to see and perceive beyond what we can comprehend allowing him to change things in ways we can't even begin to understand. There are things that God can not do and one of those is act in such a way that is against his character as a Good and loving living being so although sometimes we think we see God doing things outside of his character it is simply that our understanding differs from his, in this case it does seem like Judas has no ability to freely determine what he is going to do because he has been chosen by Jesus but the reality is that God knows ahead of time as well as knowing every alternate possibility each person can make and the influences those will make on the world and it's people, therefore we can determine that despite what seems bad is truly the best option to fulfilling his plan to save as many people as possible.

Mirati, read Romans 9 for a perfect insight into how God's sovereignty works. He makes choices like these before anyone is born, before they have done good or bad works. Not by foreknowledge but by his sovereign choice He will show mercy and compassion to those He chooses to do so.
If man is not part of the elect, he will do whatever his sinful desires will do. It does not matter how many good things they are in contact with for man's way is to do what he wants. Our unsaved nature is not to follow God's way.
If you have come to salvation through the belief in Jesus rising from the dead, repenting of your sins and giving your life over to Him then you have nothing to worry about. Notice the last two, they represent a relationship with Christ. If all those things ring true with the Holy Spirit in you then you do not have to worry about sharing a fate with Judas :)
      To sum up
-Mankind is sinful at birth and will not willingly do anything good for God but follow their own desire. See Jeremiah 17:9
      - If you are saved through your faith in Christ, then your soul will be saved and not share the same fate as Judas
Important: Jesus wants a relationship with you through Faith. No amount of works and attempting to follow the Law (mankind cannot do) will save you. Works are the fruits that will follow your relationship with Christ because you love to do them for Him.

Why did Jesus choose 12 sinners? Why did God put Adam and Eve in the garden knowing they would disobey and sin? Why did Jesus die for mankind knowing so many would reject Him? Why does the Lord meet me where I am every morning knowing in some way I failed Him yesterday and I will fail Him today? Judas was the first disciple to betray Jesus but not the only. Peter also betrayed Jesus before the cock crowed three times. The difference is that Judas took his coins and went on his way, however, Peter was immediately brought to sorrow and repentance. Yes, Judas was used to fulfill The Lord's Will. Peter also fulfilled a prophecy spoken by Jesus. This is not about whether we sin or not--we will. It is about how we recognize and react to our own sin. And it about how we choose to have our sin debt paid.

    JUDAS’ NAME WRITTEN IN HEAVEN
Luke also records the Lord’s statements that Judas was one of the disciples whose name had been written in heaven:
“After these things the Lord appointed seventy others also, and sent them two by two before His face into every city and place where He Himself was about to go… Then the seventy returned with joy, saying, ‘Lord, even the demons are subject to us in Your name.’ And He said to them, ‘I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because YOUR names are written in heaven.’” Luke 10:1, 17-30
For Judas’ name to be recorded in heaven means that God desired to save him from wrath and destruction.
JUDAS PROMISED TO REIGN WITH CHRIST IN THE AGE TO COME
The final proof that Jesus desired to save Judas, not condemn him to everlasting destruction, comes from Matthew’s Gospel:
“Then Peter answered and said to Him, ‘See, we have left all and followed You. Therefore what shall we have?’ So Jesus said to them, ‘Assuredly I say to you, that in the regeneration, when the Son of Man sits on the throne of His glory, you who have followed Me will also sit on TWELVE thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or lands, for My name’s sake, shall receive a hundredfold, and inherit eternal life. But many who are first will be last, and the last first.’” Matthew 19:27-30
Judas is included in Christ’s promise that the twelve Apostles will rule over the twelve tribes of Israel in the age to come, when the Son physically descends from heaven to renew and transform the earth.
This shows that Judas was destined for salvation, but chose to turn away from Christ and therefore forfeited his right to everlasting life.
In other words, it wasn’t the Son who rejected Judas or predestined him for eternal wrath, as Calvinism would have us believe. Rather, Judas chose to cut himself off from the grace of the Lord Jesus by betraying him, thereby relinquishing the gift of salvation that Christ had come to bestow on him and the entire human race.
Moreover, the Holy Scriptures teach that God erases or blots out the name of any individual who falls away from God’s grace or refuses to repent and turn to him:
“Now it came to pass on the next day that Moses said to the people, ‘You have committed a great sin. So now I will go up to the LORD; perhaps I can make atonement for your sin.’ Then Moses returned to the LORD and said, ‘Oh, these people have committed a great sin, and have made for themselves a god of gold! Yet now, if You will forgive their sin-but if not, I pray, blot me out of Your book which You have written.’ And the LORD said to Moses, ‘Whoever has sinned against Me, I will blot him out of My book.’” Exodus 32:30-33
“Add iniquity to their iniquity, And let them not come into Your righteousness. Let them be blotted out of the book of the living, And not be written with the righteous.” Psalm 69:27-28
“He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.” Revelation 3:5
The risen Lord’s words imply that he will blot out the name of any Christian who fails to endure and overcome.
This is brought out clearly from the fact that the Bible plainly says that Christ will refuse to confess and acknowledge any person who is too ashamed to confess and acknowledge the Lord:
This is precisely what happened to Judas his name was blotted out.

Judas had a chance to believe, but he didn't believe.

1.Was Judas born and choosen specifically to do this sin against God to teach/bless mankind?
    2.Did Judas have a choice?
3.How can Judas be so close to Jesus literally and still satan was powerful enough to destroy him?
4.If men are pre destined to sin against God like Judas, what do you say we as men and for the sins we commit against God with Jesus literally not by our side, how do one rate the degree of this sinful nature?
5.Was it the power of the "money" or the "prophecy" that had to be fulfilled that successfully executed the betrayal ?
6.Was Judas a real human being or was he satan himself in disguise?
7.Did God bless Judas for being a part of successfully making Jesus crucifixion happen (if Judas was a normal human being)?
8.Was it not too much for any human being to handle the responsibility of the pain and burden of betraying one's own God for the sake of saving the whole mankind no different from him. And if so why should let it be the work of Judas as a human being to carry out this betrayal that led him to take his own life?
10.Why did God not let Jesus get crucified without any intermediary role played by humans like the time of Noah. For human was already sinful enough that he was sending His own beloved Son to die for us why should God let men commit more sin by betraying and crucifying His only Son?
My questions are put up so that someone can help me with all these confusions popping up inside my head. Thank you.

I understand it fulfills scripture but it begs the question is free will really real? Predestination seem to be inevitable. We will be judged on our actions per predestination. What if Judas was fighting the temptation of the love of money (a silent battle) but his logical juman brain wanted safety and security. Humans are greedy and naturally selfish. If Judas was meant to go to Hell he never stood a chance. How do you make sense of that?

It was fully a sign that GOD'S PLAN is perfect and Jesus fulfilled all scripture necessary. But on the other side of the coin, Jesus shows that even though someone can be so close, and be your friend, he could be so unloyal as to even betray you, and that act is something you should be able to forgive. This is something that will be happening all over the place in the Tribulation Period , as was happening in the Holocaust, when many Jews were killed just because they were Jews. That shows how despicable unfaithfulness really is to us that are unfaithful. This is just a small part of the bigger picture, and the bigger question, "Why did GOD create the Devil and all his evil, knowing it would all go this way? And that answer has alot to do with us and our choice to have a free will to follow GOD'S love or the evil of our generation.

Great video! You have come to the same conclusion as I have. And that is that Judas was destined or chosen by God to betray Jesus but Judas is still responsible for that betrayal. Even though I see that as the truth, I still can't see how they both are true at the same time, even though they are. That is the question I am conflicted with. In other words, Judas had no "choice" but to betray Jesus, but he is still responsible. I see that as true, but I'm still trying to resolve those two issues. Anybody else's thought on this?

Someone else might've to fulfill the scriptures right? it may not have been necessarily Judas. He was given the option and he took it I guess? Had he not given in to the temptation of the money maybe he would've not died by suicide. What if Mathew, John and others were tempted the same as Judas did bunthwy didn't give in.

I disagree with this Blog... As a Christian, I do not want to judge and condemn no one, reserve only for God alone... In my opinion, Judas Iscariot was PREDESTINED to do his role to play as the BETRAYER for he was chosen by Christ to be one of the 12 Apostles... the 2 Gospel writers (Luke and John) attested and narrated that Satan took control of Judas or entered Judas' Body, therefore, why will Satan need to possess him if he was born an Evil man or a THIEF of if Judan knew 100% what he was doing... with this, Satan was the REAL BETRAYER, using the body of Judas Iscariot... Therefore, if 2 or more witnesses to the account, the story is credible in the Law of Moses (Gospel of Luke and John).
If Judas Iscariot was naturally born as an Evil doer/Lawlessman/thief/murderer, therefore he will not feel REMORSE for what he has done... but the Gospel did narrate that after Satan left the Body of Judas, he felt DEEP REMORSED and ASHAMED, that perhaps LEAD him to a temporary INSANITY that he took his own life (suicide)... Who are we to judge and condemn him, only God can...
In John's gospel, it is kind of ODD, as if John knew from the start before Judas betrayed Christ that Judas was a THIEF and money-loving man but did nothing at all nor tell his fellow Apostles to stop and rebuke him or notify even Christ Jesus... but John kept it to himself... Remember all 4 Gospels were written more than 40 years after Christ Jesus had ascended back to Heaven after the 2nd temple was completely destroyed in 70 A.D. by the Romans...
In conclusion, the MAIN QUESTION was... Does Judas Iscariot knows WHAT EXACTLY he was doing at that HOUR IN TIME?... NOPE... why?... Satan will not enter and taken control of Judas Iscariot if Judas knew what he was exactly doing and he will not felt deep remorse/shame after doing it... Even in the Court of Man, nobody is accountable for a crime committed out of temporary INSANITY... How much more in God's Fair Judgment... Who are we to judge and condemn Judas Iscariot... God's intention and motivation, why God sent His only SON (Christ Jesus) that all mankind might be SAVED...
Praise be to God in Christ Jesus... Amen.

Did Judas hate Je'sus ? I would not just say that if there had not been no Judas, that there would be no christianity. Who put Je'sus on the cross ? Jews and gentiles who hated Je'sus without a cause. I think Judas was chosen as being a good diciple but as time went forward, he took his eyes off of Je'sus and began to look at the pleasures of the flesh, namely money. Here Satan did a work of deceit on Judas to get him to think how wealthy he could be by selling Je'sus to those who hated Je'sus because of the authority he exibited over the Jewish people of the world.
Doesn't the scripture say in the KJV that after Judas did what he did that he sought repentance but could not find it, and then took his life by suicide ?

It doesn't actually answer the question. God doesn't exist in a time constraint and is omniscient and omnipotent. He could've predicted that some enemy betrayed Him and bring that it to pass. But God deliberately chose it this way. So still would like to know why, but God will reveal it one day.
It is a very powerful message having done it this way with Judas. God also shows us that the sun shines on the good and bad alike, that He never keeps anything from those that are destined to hell. He even entrusted Judas with an important task of being the treasurer that He didn't ask of any other.

My question is : if he is destined and sealed that his (Judas) fate , therefore his actions are leaning towards bad than good.
Also, I'm amazed how the fate of Judas relates to Romans 9. When Esau was not favored and Jacob was favored by God even before they were born. Could Esau's fate same as through with Judas?

Money well worth it; it has shaken me to the core and shown me where I too, have fallen short of the glory of God! This book is a novel but loaded with scripture.

God is an all knowing God, He already knows that what ever happens, Judas would likely choose to betray Him still. God is still full of mercy, grace, justice and truth. If being with Jesus for 3 years, hearing His words and seing His acts didn't change him, I don't know what else could change his heart. Salvation is freely given as a gift of God, now it is for a man to accept it or reject it.

Thinking about predestination scares me to no end. It basically means that some of us are predestined to Hell and there's nothing we can do about it. It's seems weird for a loving God to create a human being knowing they would make decisions (in this case, wouldn't matter what decisions they made) that would ultimately lead them to Hell. Why wouldn't God just not create that human instead of creating it for the purpose of going to Hell? Doesn't this also negate the concept of free will?

Predestination is dangerous territory. The way I visualize it is, God is outside of our timeline and our reality. He can see all and can see the various realities/paths we can go down, but our fate is not predestined. He can see all versions of the lives we might live, if we choose to go down this righteous road or that fleshly road. We aren’t born going to heaven or hell. Scratch that, because we are born in sin, we’re all born going to hell.
Accepting Jesus mercifully allows us entry to heaven; denying Him seals our fate to death. Accepting Jesus and clinging onto Him is what saves us from our predestined fate. Accepting Jesus breaks that reality for us.
      2 Corinthians 5:10
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive what is due for what he has done in the body, whether good or evil.

I see some questions like, what if Judas repents?
      that's my question too before,
But God is not bound by time. He knows the heart of judas was not really for God.
Because if it is, He would've repented after he sinned, but rather He killed himself.
In Matthew 27: 3-7 // you would see that He admitted his sin but did not even ask for forgiveness, that's the difference between Him and Peter after they both have sinned to God.

No where in scripture does it say anyone is predestined for salvation or damnation.
Predestination is mentioned 3 time in scripture
Those that are in born again, saints Ephesians 1:1, are predestined to the inheritance, to the adoption, (right now we have the spirit of adoption) to redemption of the body and to be conformed in the image of Christ

God only predestines those to go to heaven- according to the covenant. No where he says he predestined those to hell. It is US that chose HELL. Ultimate justice would be no covenant and for all us to be damned. Yet, the Lord was willing to redeem us by taking the blame.

Everything that Jesus did on earth was already decided in heaven. That's includes people and places and events to be more specific.
    John 7:16
[16]Jesus answered, “What I teach is not my own teaching, but it comes from God, who sent me.
    Acts 1:7
[7]Jesus said to them, “The times and occasions are set by my Father's own authority, and it is not for you to know when they will be.
    John 10:18
[18]No one takes my life away from me. I give it up of my own free will. I have the right to give it up, and I have the right to take it back. This is what my Father has commanded me to do.”
    John 12:49-50
[49]This is true, because I have not spoken on my own authority, but the Father who sent me has commanded me what I must say and speak.
[50]And I know that his command brings eternal life. What I say, then, is what the Father has told me to say.”
    John 7:28
[28]As Jesus taught in the Temple, he said in a loud voice, “Do you really know me and know where I am from? I have not come on my own authority. He who sent me, however, is truthful. You do not know him,
    John 8:18
[18]I testify on my own behalf, and the Father who sent me also testifies on my behalf.”
    John 8:28-29,38,40,42
[28]So he said to them, “When you lift up the Son of Man, you will know that ‘I Am Who I Am’; then you will know that I do nothing on my own authority, but I say only what the Father has instructed me to say.
[29]And he who sent me is with me; he has not left me alone, because I always do what pleases him.”
[38]I talk about what my Father has shown me, but you do what your father has told you.”
[40]All I have ever done is to tell you the truth I heard from God, yet you are trying to kill me. Abraham did nothing like this!
[42]Jesus said to them, “If God really were your Father, you would love me, because I came from God and now I am here. I did not come on my own authority, but he sent me.
    John 10:18,25,37
[18]No one takes my life away from me. I give it up of my own free will. I have the right to give it up, and I have the right to take it back. This is what my Father has commanded me to do.”
    [25]Jesus answered, “I have already told you, but you would not believe me. The things I do by my Father's authority speak on my behalf;
[37]Do not believe me, then, if I am not doing the things my Father wants me to do.
    John 12:49
[49]This is true, because I have not spoken on my own authority, but the Father who sent me has commanded me what I must say and speak.

He comes as Light and Salvation in his time. And in his time, it’s he alone who has the keys of the Kingdom and no one can be saved but by him. He is the Way, the Truth, the Life. Perhaps after partaking in some wine drinks, Jesus's heart was gladdened to the point he was in a pleasant state of mind.
Proverbs 20:1, discusses wine in a positive light. The book of Psalms describes wine as something to "gladden the heart of man" (Psalm 104:14-15). Enjoying a glass of wine or an alcoholic beverage is permissible for Christians, but, assuming you desire to keep a biblical standard, all drinking should be done in moderation and never for the purpose of drunkenness.

The Story of Jesus is an Astrological Allegory for the Sun passing through the Zodiac each year...
Now the Sun is re-born every year on the 25th day of December; that is, the days begin to lengthen. It is the winter solstice. He is his own father. He is born in the stable between the constellations of the horse and goat, Sagittarius and Capricornus. The Bible uses a day for a year. The Astrologer uses a day for a year. Thirty years alter Christ’s birth he was baptized. Thirty days after the Sun is born he enters the sign Aquarius, the water-bearer (Baptismo). After his baptism Christ took his disciples from among the fishermen, and the Sun next enters the sign Pisces, the fishes. We observe Lent and eat fish one day of the week in honor of the Sun’s passage through the sign of the fishes. Look at the cut again. Christ then became the good shepherd of the flock. The Sun enters the sign Aries, the lamb. He is yet young, the lamb or the young Sun God. Christ then went out to the salvation of men. Let us see how the Sun God goes out to the salvation of men. The ancients had consumed the products of the year before and were praying for their Sun God to come back and warm the earth, to bring forth vegetation, which all animal life required. He came, and now he must go forth to the salvation of man; fit the fields for plowing. The bull comes in here for his share of glory, and he is worshiped, because he represents agriculture. The fields are plowed and seed is sown for a late harvest. Look at the cut - the twins represent increase. Christ spoke of the backsliders. Every year the Sun enters the sign Cancer. June 21st to July 22d, symbolized by the crab, which crawls backward, and all vegetation dries up and retreats back into the earth. This is the summer solstice, or John the Baptist, born just six months before Christ, and who says, John III-30, “He must increase and I must decrease.” Christ became the Lion of the twelve tribes of Judah. Every year the Sun enters the sign Leo, the lion, and becomes the Lion of the Twelve Signs of the Zodiac. When? Why, the 22d of July to 23d of August, when the Sun is hottest; exerts most power, the “Lion.” Let the reader look at the cut at each paragraph or description of each sign. Our Christian friends sup to the vestal virgin. When? Every year when the Sun enters the sign Virgo, whose symbol is the Virgin, August 23d to September 23d. Now look at the cut and the central cross, on which the Sun is Crucified every year, and you will see the Sun has passed over the cross on which he is annually crucified, and, like Christ, has his cross on his back - i.e., passed over it. Our Christian friends lay much stress upon the judgment day. Every year, on the 23d day of September, the Sun enters the sign Libra, symbolized by the balance. Every year after harvest the farmer balances up his books and pays his debts. But there the Sun God presents a parallel to the Son of God on the road to the crucifixion. The Sun begins to retreat, the days to grow shorter. The Sun, like Christ, is bearing his cross toward the crucifixion. Keep the eye on the cut. The Son of God was crucified between the two thieves. The Sun God is crucified between the two heavenly thieves. Scorpio and Sagittarius, October 23d to November 22d - November 22d to December 21st. There is a harvest somewhere every month in the year, except these two months, the heavenly thieves. The Sun lost its power, retreated back where it is white and cold. But Sagittarius became the repentant thief, gives up, does not wait until January 1st, but gives up December 25th. And after the Sun comes out of Hades, where he was for three days, while the days are of one length, he is re-born, the same as Christ. There are three days about the same length, the three days the Son of God was supposed to have descended into hades. The ancients had noticed, notwithstanding their prayers and sacrifices, every year the Sun deserted them and went back until, to them, he died, was finally resurrected. They could not believe their loved Sun God could willingly desert them, so they looked into the heavens to see why he went back. In the tall, every year, they saw him retreat, apparently followed by a tremendous heavenly host, for there are more stars in the constellations Libra, Scorpio and Sagittarius than in any others, and it was these stars that seemed to be chasing and pressing the Sun back. They were led on by a bright and beautiful star the ancients had seen in the east, in early morning, in spring and summer months, just as we do now. By the tip of the earth he has apparently fallen to evening star, leading on the heavenly host. We call it Venus, the Goddess of Love. They called it “Lucifer, the light-bearer.” So they cried, “How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, Star of the Morning?” And so here you have the story of the war in heaven. Christ, the Son of God, was always talking out of doors, mostly in the summer time.
So do we look upon the sun, mostly in summer. Christ had 12 disciples. The sun has 12 disciples or 12 signs of the Zodiac.
Christ was betrayed by a kiss from Judas Iscariot.
The sun is betrayed by a kiss from Lucifer, the light bearer, we call Venus the Goddess of Love.
Christ was wont to go to the garden of Gethsemane, where he was finally pursued by the hosts, led on by Judas Iscariot.
Where this garden was situated no one knows.
The word Gethsemane means olives or oil press...

There seems to be a few people commenting here that need to read 1 Samuel‬ ‭23:9-13‬. God's foreknowledge does not mean something is predestined to happen. If that were the case this passage wouldn't make sense. David asks God if something will happen. He says yes. So David does something that changes that and something else happens. God knows all possible outcomes. God gives us free will. God knows in the end what will happen but His foreknowledge does not make it happen. All things happen within His permissive will. I don't know for sure if everything happens to His perfect will. Seems unlikely that God's perfect will was for sin to take hold of all mankind. That is a major question I can't answer. To me there seems to be a perfect will and a much greater set of circumstances that God allows.

God never tempt us to do evil or sin. Judas loved money more than the living God aka Jesus. Judas sealed his own fate by committing suicide. He could have repented just like how Peter denied Jesus but later on went full speed towards preaching the gospel. Both Peter and Judas betrayed Jesus but Peter became a vessel of honor while Judas became a vessel of dishonor. All things works towards the good without Judas betrayal there would be no salvation.

But I understand needing a human adult catalyst for healing or teaching for a reason, but I can’t understand using children and animals. That will always be one thing I will never understand but I will trust Gods decision…. It weighs on my heart heavily. And I also feel sad for Judas. That God chose him… that he had no way to say sorry or repent for what he had done…. I get it…. He sold our beloved Jesus and I agree with Gods end for him, but what did Judas do to be born with that on his shoulders? These things it’s hard for me to understand…. I love our God and Jesus. To show that God doesn't play favorites, more likely. And that everyone gets a chance at redemption - know matter who they are. And to reveal to them the evil in their own heart based off their own actions and decisions.
It's God pretty much showing us He shows His mercy to whomever He chooses. So that evil hearted people can't say that "God never gave them a chance" and how "He only shows His mercy to the righteous and never to the wicked". Or else humanity would have labeled Christianity as a one-sided religion. Jesus would have been no better than the Pharisees if He chose only certain individuals to follow Him.

A very clear exposition. Thank you. However, it is somewhat marred by the theory that Judas was predestined to be the betrayer. Knowing that something will happen is not the same as causing something to happen. If I open my hand , I know the ball will fall to the ground. But it is gravity, not me that makes the ball fall. To say that judas was predestined to betray makes him guiltless - makes us all guiltless of our failures. God gave us the great gift of free will. We can choose to do good or do wrong. We are not robots preprogrammed to act in a particular way through the test of life. If we were, the forgiveness of God would be meaningless.

God knew somebody had to betray his Son in order for the Crucifixion to occur. Could it be thought that Judas thought that by going to the chiefs and offering them money, that eventually the people would rise up against them, saying that he was innocent of any crime, and let Jesus go and leaving him alone. I'm having a hard time thinking that God created a man to go to hell. Were the gospel stories about Judas written by men who were still grieving their Master's death, and wrote their stories through that lens? I'm having trouble with this.

Thought it mean dead meant unable. to do anything spiritual., If God did not choose to enlighten Judas then how could he see or understand He had betrayed innocent blood and then repented. how can-a darkened dead spirit be come accountable.
In addition I am surprised at your using the passage in John 17 where the Lord said none have i Lost saved the son of perdition to relate to salvation when Chapter 18 of John tells us what that lost meant.
The soldiers came for the Lord Peter Takes his sword to fight and cuts the ear off of one of the men . Then He told the soldiers to dont trouble the disciples because He is the one they came to arrest. and then the Bible says this was fulfilled the scripture which said no e have I lostbut the son of perdition.
the lost there is not spiritual but physical..
This is not an argument for the salvation of Judas but for the contextual understanding of scripture.
