bought a Tetra R2 2 months ago, no display, customer service asked me, did you wear it when bathing and swimming? I say no, just hiking, then they replied again, oh, you bought it more than one month, can not return, that's it, no more answer my further question. Low quality and lousy service to me.

Get rid of the awful background music. Problem with all these cheap smartwatches they are totally inaccurate when it comes down to all readings. The only accurate thing they can do is the date and time. So if you just want a large looking adventure watch I suppose this would fit the bill at a cheap price, but it will just be looks no useable data.
