After 10 years of trying to search for the simplest and tastiest gravy, I have finally cracked it thanks to you. Made it 3 times in the last month - family started loving bhindi. Also, I tried the same masala recipe for chicken curry too, it was again restaurant style!! (Didn't add curd as it was already there in the chicken marination)
Also instead of adding water, I added milk - that made it rich and creamy. You can also add full cream to make it creamier, I didn't have cream, so did not try. I also added a bit of suhana butter chicken/shahi paneer masala, that also enriched the taste a lot!
