This helped greatly. I have lost 5 days trying to get my items ready to ship into fulfillment! The Amazon tutorials were of no help, and this video got me through to printing my labels in 15 minutes! Very worth while. Thanks for the straight forward presentation.
This is the best video and the one I have been looking for and needed since last week. I wonder why I didn't see it earlier while I have already subscribed to your channels two weeks ago. I spent days and night reading, asking, talking to amazon seller support for 4-6 days now for every step because I was always confused. and though I just finished working on my shipment, I am so glad to see your video now, which is very helpful. It comforts me on what I did today. Tomorrow I will send my boxes and voila! Thanks again, you explained and showed every step with details. I am going to Save this video for my next activity; because I know I will need it. thanks again
It's a great video but I have few questions. I will be really appreciated if you can give me answers. 1. When you finish generating and printing the UPS label on Amazon sellers central, does UPS automatically pick up the parcel from supplier's address? or do you need to contact UPS to pick up the parcel yourself? 2. If my factory or supplier is in China, can I send my shipments to US fulfillment center by UPS, Fedex, DHL, or other couriers? 2. If my factory or supplier is in China, can I send my shipments to US fulfillment center by sea?
Thank you a lot for taking your time to make this video! I'm 18 years old and have started an affiliate website and I'm currently working on launching my first private label product on Amazon. You have helped me so much! Thank you once again. -David
Hey man great video! i just have two questions that i hope you can answer. 1)what do you think of dropshipping on amazon? 2)When you order your inventory from your supplier, does the supplier send the inventory straight to amazons warehouse where they prepare each order or do you have to have your supplier send you it first then you send it to the amazon fulfillment center?
Stefan Thanks your video was informative and I’m to use the links that you have provided to search for more information on how send my shipment to Amazon in America for now I want to send the yoga mat at first then see what happens
Very Helpful. Very new and feeling a little overwhelmed with all the info. Your video helped eliminate some of the fears of getting started. I am looking forward to viewing some of your other videos. Thxs. Jackie
great video! could u please answear a few questions: 1) do you need to finish this step before your supplier produces products? 2) what about upc? should it on each product? and do you need it when you add your product? thank you
So I'm looking at starting a business using Amazon. My question is, if I'm shipping from China to Amazon should I use FOB price or EXW price or CIF price and is ups "your" forwarding agent? The ups option you showed us on the Amazon web page, was that from your supplier to their facility or was that from your place to theirs?
Hello my supplier charged me for shipping, so Amazon charges for receiving the shipment? Or this shipping fee is paid by me and my supplier shouldn't charge me?
Appreciate you Stefan! Your videos have sparked the idea of selling on Amazon for me and I am about to start selling my first product! Much thanks. Blessings, Stu.
Thanks for the video man! I got my product. I'm in the process now of apply for a restricted category. It's frustrating but I will do what it takes. Thank you for all free help you put out to help people. We appreciate you. I'm going to purchase your Black Friday email i got today.
Once you send the supplier the shipping labels, what would you then do seperatly with UPS? Book a return? Schedule a collection? What steps do you take once the supplier has the labels, and has shipped?
Hey, Stefan. Thanks a lot for this video tutorial. In this video you said you have your own upc printed on each label, but there is also the FNSKU (Amazon's bar code) you're talking about. Do you have your supplier sticking it directly on the product covering your own UPC or sticking next to your UPC or they put each item in a clear plastic bag and it's stuck on top of it? How about the expiration date too? Do you have a separate sticker with expiration date on it? Thanks a lot. )
Hi I have gone ahead and subscribed the information you have made available is awsome however I have a few questions ...I'm in bulgaria I just want to place an order from china and send it directly to a amazon warehouse in the United States . Would the manufacturer in China be able to put all the required labels and barcodes without me sending him anything or physically handling the pCkage and also take care of customs
You mentioned that you have the special barcode number intergraded into your product, so you bypassed that step. Can you please go into detail on how? Do you workout a deal with the supplier so they can have those numbers labeled with the product?
So let me get this straight, once you have your supplier finish making your product they will hold it until further instruction on where to ship it, while doing all of that you get the box dimensions, and how many units per box, after you get all of that information you then hop on amazon like we just saw and send the the shipping label back to the supplier in which they will then proceed to ship it? Are all of the costs already covered in terms of shipping once you pay that fine like you just did?
I'm confused when it comes to putting the SKU on your product, if you're having your product shipped to Amazon by a Chinese manufacturer , what would be the best way to put the bar code on my products? Also, if I have 150 products do each of those need the barcode/SKU?
Maybe this is a stupid question, but i've never done this before. When you say "Send the box labels to your supplier", do you mean send it by postal mail? Of course it would be easier to email/fax it over, but on the webpage on this video, it says ' Each label is unique. Please don't photocopy', which confused me a bit.
I have several questions, do you need a UPCs, ISBNs, EANs, and GTIN-14s for your products sent from China? If you see this, please clarify. Do you need to do a amazon brand registry to list products?
Great video. I just have one question... What it my product packaging is also the box I am sending to Amazon. Do both labels (the SKU one and the UPS one) then go on the box.
Hello- at the end of the video when you mentioned the box and the label would be sent to the shipper I was somewhat confused. For this video is the shipper Amazon Fulfillment warehouse or a prep service. Thanks - Ron
So when you send/replenish inventory on Amazon seller central do you still have to make orders with your supplier to send to the chosen Amazon facility? Or does your supplier get your shipment request directly through Amazon seller central and then ships your products from there facility?
Hey Stefan great video!! Can i ask you when you buy from alibaba is there any way of avoiding custom charges when buying a few hundred units? Im thinking after i pay for customs i wouldn't leave myself enough profit. I haven't started an amazon business yet I'm still learning about everything atm.
Hello, Which one between the labels provided by Your Seller Account or the original scannable label (UPC or EAN) can somebody use when sending units to Amazon FBA? Regards,
hi, so once you have done its everything, you need to go to UPS and tell them that you want to ship it to Amazon, or they come to you? How does it work?
Just curious, say you have 100 small items of 5 different varieties that can fit in one box, can you send them in mixed or do they need to be identical items in a given box?
Very interesting. and im still working on understanding the whole process it will be helpful if I can be in touch with you to have couple of answers for my questions Thanks.
Thanks for the video, very helpful. I have a question if you dont mind. If I am shipping a completely new product/brand from my supplier to Amazon FBA do I need the product first just to take photos and create an entry before amazon will accept it?
What shipping service do i choose if i want to send 50 units but they don't weigh over 150 pounds so i can't send then as LTL. Isn't it expensive to use SPD?
Stefan there is an step that i would like that you explain. What about the taxes to introduce the products from China to US? Is the same company which transport the goods from China to US which do the customs clearance? does the transport cost include the import taxes to US? Thanks
Hi Enrique, did you manage to sort out your transport and custom clearance issues? I'm just starting to get my first product out of China and the next part is what your question was about. Cheers
I appreciate you for sharing this video is very useful, although I would try next level ninjas, they're good for sending shipment using other procedures, faster and more effective avoiding traffic.
I want to ask: Your shipping carrier is UPS and the cost is $25.80. Is this the cost where UPS comes to your place to pick up the item and send to Amazon warehouse? I'm based outside of US. What should I do for this part?
When you select the "Shipping Carrier" (DHL, UPS, etc), during the shipping creation process, you are charger from your credit card for the total cost of the boxes you are shipping. Does it mean the supplier don't have to ask me for any money related to the shipping? Thx for any feedback
Hi Stefan! Thank you for another beneficial video! If I may ask you a simple question... I'd like to know if it's possible and smart to start with Individual account first and see how your product sells and then eventually create a Professional in case you're doing well and sell more than 40 per month? Appreciate your answer, thanks!
hi same question here, please unser this? if we are paying in Amazon to UPS for shipping then we shouldn't pay shipping charges for supplier, right ? can you clarify ? do we need to pay shipment 2 times or after the payment to UPS on amazon, ups know thay should pick up the package from the supplier adress?
if I'm sending inventory of an item from aliexpress to amazon fba, how do i get them to put the amazon shipping labels on the box? i dont see an option to speak to the supplier
Good video ! Question: I want to sell very small items in pairs that are either in poly bags or in boxes. Do I have to but a "set of two" sticker on each bag or box. I'm not selling earrings but that would be a example of my problem
Did I get it right that if your supplier can get the FNSKU number on your product that that is all that needs to be done? You don't need the actual barcode? Also, do you send the Box label to them electronically for them to print out or...?
Thanks for the video. If I wanna my supplier directly to ship FBA, do they have options such as air cargo for shipping carriers? and if I click and pay this shipping carrier, does that mean I don't have to pay for the shipping fees for my supplier(shipping to FBA)?
Hey Stefan ! You are always very informative and detailed in your videos. Love the way you go in depth of topic which no one does on the Internet. i wanna ask that my supplier for example takes 30-60 days to make and deliver the product, how will i let amazon know when the shipment will be arriving?
Thank you so much for an in-depth, and very detailed video. I can't express how much you have clarified my many concerns. You've got my thumbs up and I'm a new subscriber. Thanks again.
Hi! Great videos. I have one question When you have the supplier ship the products out to you instead of direct to Amazon, do you put each item into a box and then when you have each of the 100 items individually packaged, then put the boxed items into another larger box to ship to Amazon?
Indeed! But what address I should give to supplier in order for them to send my stock to Amazon US? I see there are many locations; which one of them? trustfile.avalara.com/resources/amazon-warehouse-locations
If I order products from my supplier, then use UPS through amazon,, this means I only pay shipping through AMAZON UPS, and I only have to pay for the products? Is this correct? I will just provide my supplier with the label thru amazon UPS? pls someone clarify? I am a noob!
This is exactly the same question what I'm having right, if we are paying for Amazon UPS for shipping then we shouldn't pay shipping charges for supplier, right ? I hope you found the answer already, can you clarify or can somebody clarify ? Thanks - Saji
hi same question here, please unser this? if we are paying for Amazon UPS for shipping then we shouldn't pay shipping charges for supplier, right ?can you clarify or can somebody clarify ? do we need to pay shipment 2 times or after the payment to UPS on amazon, ups know thay should pick up the products from the supplier adress?
i have the same question right now... do you just tell your supplier that shippment is paid for and they should bring the boxes to ups and the payment is included in the shipping labels so UPS can just scan it and see that it was paid for?
If your supplier is over seas, do you think they'd be Able to ship to Amazon? Do you think it would be smarter to just get it shipped to yourself first since there's requirements Amazon has to how they want the product shipped. (E.g labeling each unit individually) I'm assuming you'd ask the supplier to do this. Thank you
Hi there. Great video. I'm within about a week or so of getting my first shipment sent off. Still waiting for a few items to arrive. Quick question: are you able to combine single item and case-packed items within a single box for shipment? For example, say I had some toys and then a separate box of a single issue of about 50 or so comic books. Would I be able to put the comics in their own, smaller box and then add that into a bigger box with the toys to ship out all at once?
Thank you Stefan, I have been looking for that video for a while. I am in the process of sending some t-shirts to Amazon with variations, same size but 2 different colors. Do i have to send them into 2 different boxes? They are only 25 units each. I want to experiment with the process first before I make a bigger investment. Thank you for the info.
Compered to the ease of selling on eBay, you need to be Einstein to sell on Amazon. This tutorial was very helpful.

i am so inspired by you, such a great teacher l have decided to do my own business on amazon no more 9 to 5 you just changed my life
great video! this is the simplest video on amazon fba shipment that i have watched! all the other ones are so complicated
It's a great video but I have few questions. I will be really appreciated if you can give me answers.
1. When you finish generating and printing the UPS label on Amazon sellers central, does UPS automatically pick up the parcel from supplier's address? or do you need to contact UPS to pick up the parcel yourself?

Thanks for clarifying in plain English

2)When you order your inventory from your supplier, does the supplier send the inventory straight to amazons warehouse where they prepare each order or do you have to have your supplier send you it first then you send it to the amazon fulfillment center?
1) I don't like it, I focus on building a brand and long-term always.
2) Supplier sends it to Amazon.
ok so you ask the supplier to send it to amazon separately?? or amazon collects it from the supplier?
Great video Stefan, I'd like to ask if the steps that you've mentioned here have to be done after you've purchased your inventory from the supplier?
Stefan Thanks your video was informative and I’m to use the links that you have provided to search for more information on how send my shipment to Amazon in America for now I want to send the yoga mat at first then see what happens

Thank you Stefan!
It took me forever to figure this stuff out, but thanks to you I got all the answers to my questions.
and one more: when is it better to create your seller account? before you find a supplier or after you chose product and supplier?
great video! could u please answear a few questions:
1) do you need to finish this step before your supplier produces products?
2) what about upc? should it on each product? and do you need it when you add your product?

Very good sir. I wonder however, don't you have to print anything out, like the pack list, and put it inside the box or did I miss this part?
Appreciate you Stefan! Your videos have sparked the idea of selling on Amazon for me and I am about to start selling my first product! Much thanks. Blessings, Stu.

Could someone provide a link to that Amazon FBA shipping help page? I can't find it to save my life.
A clear and concise video instruction, thanks heaps
How do you you send the labels to the suppliers ?
I have several questions, do you need a UPCs, ISBNs, EANs, and GTIN-14s for your products sent from China? If you see this, please clarify. Do you need to do a amazon brand registry to list products?

Did you find an answer to this question? I'm wondering the same thing
So is your supplier dropping this shipment to UPS office or they are UPS collecting it from the "ship from" address?
Do you have a video on how to create labels?
Thank you for this video. Cleared up a lot of questions for me..
So every unit inside the box have to have that identification number? How does or does the supplier can do that for you???
Hello,
Which one between the labels provided by Your Seller Account or the original scannable label (UPC or EAN) can somebody use when sending units to Amazon FBA?
Regards,
Your videos are so detailed and helpful. Thank you!
hi, so once you have done its everything, you need to go to UPS and tell them that you want to ship it to Amazon, or they come to you? How does it work?
When you say send the shipping labels to your supplier do you mean email them or actual snail mail?
Thanks, Stefan! Just the step by step tutorial I needed :-)
Hi, I noticed in the cost of shipping it says shipment weight and billable weight that is quite different. Can you pleas explain what it means? Thanks
Just curious, say you have 100 small items of 5 different varieties that can fit in one box, can you send them in mixed or do they need to be identical items in a given box?

What is the trade term option are you using when your ordered protect form supplier from china ?
Thanks for the video, very helpful. I have a question if you dont mind. If I am shipping a completely new product/brand from my supplier to Amazon FBA do I need the product first just to take photos and create an entry before amazon will accept it?
How and when do you take pics of the product, list the description, and post it online on amazon? When you buy the product or when amazon receives it?
What shipping service do i choose if i want to send 50 units but they don't weigh over 150 pounds so i can't send then as LTL. Isn't it expensive to use SPD?
Stefan there is an step that i would like that you explain. What about the taxes to introduce the products from China to US?
Is the same company which transport the goods from China to US which do the customs clearance?
does the transport cost include the import taxes to US?
Thanks
Hi Enrique, did you manage to sort out your transport and custom clearance issues? I'm just starting to get my first product out of China and the next part is what your question was about. Cheers
I would like to know this as well. How are the customs fees handled? Wish we had an answer.

Hey Stefan ! You are always very informative and detailed in your videos. Love the way you go in depth of topic which no one does on the Internet. I have question :- What is the maximum Amount or Quantity value for which we can send shipments directly from international supplier to FBA without needing a Custom broker like Shapiro ? It would be really really appreciated if you could share some info about it.
Thanks! That depends on the product size and weight. Best to talk to Amazon seller support about that!
i wanna ask that my supplier for example takes 30-60 days to make and deliver the product, how will i let amazon know when the shipment will be arriving?
Nice Videos Stephen! Very Helpful!
Do I need to put each unit in a box , or it is ok if I leave 20 unit in one box
Thank you for sharing the information , everything here is absolutely useful for a newbie ! Thanks again

Great question I'd like to know too
If I order products from my supplier, then use UPS through amazon,, this means I only pay shipping through AMAZON UPS, and I only have to pay for the products? Is this correct?
I will just provide my supplier with the label thru amazon UPS?

Do i have to send them into 2 different boxes? They are only 25 units each. I want to experiment with the process first before I make a bigger investment. Thank you for the info.
What if I have the SKU on a used book already. Do i still need to print out and label a FNSKU tag on it?
Very helpful. Thank you. I suscribe to your channel. It is very informative
