A great card ! For the first die cut, try placing a plastic bag or piece of baking paper in between - it will help the cut and the tiny pieces generally just fall out.

Hi ☺️ A paper piece is used as shim for those machines/metal die that cannot cut precisely. This adds pressure to the sandwitch ❤️

what paper do u use
What’s that green color one?
The green colored paper is used as paper shim to fill in the gaps between the rollers and plates to add more pressure ☺️ You may use any paper available at home just below 150gsm, I guess. Other big machines have their own metal shims if users want the dies to cut more precisely. 🤗

Hi, it’s called specialty paper. They are commonly called as cardboard and usually 150 to 300 gsm thickness.

Hello where did you purchase your cardstocks?
I got the cardstock on nearby bookstore but these are widely available on other big bookstores such as National Book Store, if you happen to live in the Philippines ☺️

Hi! The size of this metal die is 5.8 in length. ☺️
What is the name of green paper
You can use any thick paper or fold any piece if paper to make it thicker ( it’s called a shim )… it’s used to produce more pressure on the die when it doesn’t cut thoroughly.I usually just put the shim on the area that didn’t cut to only put pressure on that small section.
