BTW, Carol is an absolute HOOT! She's so funny, so passionate about the craft and really knowledgable! And not to mention, beautiful! This video has MORE than persuaded me to buy my first kit and GET LEADING & STAINING!! I've been all over the web searching for THIS EXACT product!! I live on the ground floor with the sidewalk of a VERY busy street right up to my windows, at eye level! It's like living in a fish bowl. People stop and stare at me if the blinds aren't down like they are at the zoo watching me in my natural habitat!! lol But living in the dark all the time is really depressing! I need some sunlight! And the fact that it's removable is such a bonus because I know the condo association will have a fit if they thought it was permanent, no matter how gorgeous it is!! Out of desperation, I even recently purchased a couple of styles of mock stained glass window film and was looking for a way to make them look more custom and authentic and I found you guys instead and wish I never spent the money on the film!! The fact that the products sold all together in a kit with all you'll need, and with endless support, tutorials etc to learn the craft!! This could not be a more perfect gift for myself and my future privacy! Thank you so much to both these lovely ladies!! Wish me luck! Much love, LC from Montreal, Canada
I had the opportunity to meet Carol Smith over the telephone and through cards and letters during my convalescence following heart surgery in 1995. Carol was the Plaid presenter on QVC during that time. She is such a sweet and genuine lady! I made lots of projects for myself and gifts and I still have some of them even now. Carol looks wonderful and I'm delighted to see her once again!! I bought many Plaid Treasure Chests on QVC and Gallery Glass is my all time favorite Plaid product. The product is easy to use, clean up, and remove. Loving the new patterns too.
I started using Gallery Glass over 25 yrs ago!! One of my very fist projects was my front door windows! I made up the design and got to work on my door. It is still all there today and looks like it did the day I did it! I even had to reduce one pane in the door over 15 yrs later and it matched perfectly, I really love this product and so happy you are introducing it to a new generation of crafters!! Thank you
25 years ago I did this on the transome window in my kitchen. A carpenter saw it and thought it was real! It was discontinued at local craft supplies so I never got to do more. It worked perfectly for my Victorian house. I will be buying it ASAP, because all these years I have been lamenting that I couldn't find more!
Wonderful!! You repeated a few times that Gallery Glass paint is permanent, except when you don't want it to be. Question: If you paint on acrylic or plastic, can you peel it off to make clings... or can you only peel it off of glass? Also if you paint on a silicone mat, will you be able to peel it off to make clings?
I use gallery glass probably 25 years ago on a kitchen window door and we had a den that went out to what used to be a garage and I didn't have pattern I just tried it you know what's the liquid lead and I couldn't do it so I found the strips I used the strips I loved them and I took the clear gallery glass and rubbed it all in between and made my own design and it was there for public 15 years I didn't know I could take it off but I loved and I was talking about this when I was watching modpush the otherday and it's really exciting for me to see the original lady that I used to watch on ATV say years ago and I really like the product and I like play it and I thank you
I used Gallery Glass when it first came out 30 years ago on my front door windows(3 panes) and it still looks as good today as it did the day I did the door! I love this product and if done right I’d very durable.
I just stumbled across this stuff...seen it in the stores but didn't know what it was til today....and Ohhhhh Ladies you just got me into trouble!....Now I need some!!!😂🎉❤
You ladies are amazing. I've ordered some of these paints, I can't wait! May I ask, does this paint need to be sealed with anything? Can we clean the glass even if we have it on the window? Thank you so much for sharing so much knowledge with us. ❤❤❤
I just used the simulated leading product this week for a faux stained glass project. As a woman of a certain age I don't have a lot of hand strength. The bottle this product came in, the larger bottle. Is quite firm to try to squeeze and control on a line. Is there a way to change bottles so this is not an issue? I read on another site to sit the bottle in warm water to soften the liquid, or perhaps soften up the bottle a bit. I don't know if this will work or not.
I love Gallery Glass! I've been using it for over 20 years. But I do now have a question. I need to remove some that I applied 10 years ago in a (very busy!) bathroom. Moisture has accumulated beneath the Gallery Glass application. How do I remove it from the small, thin panes of glass on my 12 light wood frame window...ever so carefully?
HI!! can you use this on your windows? or only on framed glass. i live in ohio and it gets 20 below in the winter and a 100 in the summer....... will it hold up?
@@charlarp . No I didn’t because it was way beyond what I could do, I needed to learn basic beginnings. If basic beginnings was further into the video we needed to be told so we watched on.

Love gallery glass. Still have many bottles from years ago. Missed product because I couldn't find it to buy it. So glad it's back!!!
Lovely to see Carol again, enjoyed your crafting projects in the 1990s in the UK. I enjoyed making your lampshade.
Hello!! Carol!! I so miss seeing you on QVC. I watched every show! God Bless you!

50:55 I just ordered my first Gallery Glass. I am doing the underside of a glass birdbath.

I would suggest using a light box or pad when filling in the color to be sure you don’t have any holes or bubbles.
Aw I love Carol
It’s hard to find even in craft stores. U have to buy it in bits and pieces.

I'd try a razor blade type tool.
Did you ever figure out how to remove it once it’s been in a window for 10 years? I’m worried about leaving mine too long as a renter
Totally awesome!
Ich hab eine Frage. Wenn ich die Farbe direkt auf die Fensterscheibe gebe. Bekomme ich die irgendwann rückstandslos ab?
Can I pour resin over my gallery glass project?
Could this be applied to a mirror?
Yes, works well
Where can you purchase plaid paint

I used it on my window in PA. IT HOLDS UP JUST FINE
Is it OK to warm the liquid leading? I find it so thick, hard to get it to flow thru the tip.
Are there kits with bigger bottles than 2.2 on.
Where do I find these products. I would love to do these projects. Michael's doesn't have anything but a few paints. Thanks. Paula Zito
Can the paint be used on a wine glass?
Can you add a loved one's ashes to Gallery Glass, maybe between layers of the paint?
can u get this in australia?
It's a fun craft. I'm disappointed that some of the colors fade quickly with window projects
Where can you find the peel off decal.
This is cool!
Where I can buy these in Canada?
This isn’t for learners, WAY over my head, I’m going to have to look at a different product that actually tells me how to use it.
Agree, I was hoping this was an actual tutorial of the products. I wanted to try using.
Did you watch the whole video?

The VIBRATION from the fridge probably helped with the air holes coming up also. hmmm
Repeat the question or give the lady asking questions a Mike.
Peccato che vengano venduti solo in USA. In Italia un colore costa €44!!!!!!
Lady in pink, didnt let the other lady work and show her art. next time just let them use their own time. thank you.
