It's also been common notation in science for a while, although lately it's being pushed aside for being inaccurate as it sort of depicts particles instead of fields. Moore's "magic" is more along the lines of alleister Crowley and the golden dawn and less alchemical. (This is also a little stretching for convenience). Although you may find similarities, the 80's interest in magic was drawing heavily from the interest in magic in the 20's which was a revival and remix of the new interest in naturalism and the new developments in science (kinda like trying to combine art nouveau with art deco). Alchemy was the predecessor to chemistry, and although there are religious elements to it, it's like having a 5 year old child explain how to make a cake and a souffle.... (And this isn't a disrespect towards alchemy as it is described in these videos. I'm a big fan of gnosticism, it's just the understanding of the world's physics and the progress of philosophical rigueur which has forced us to be more precise/better with language when trying to express ideas pertaining to the ineffable).

At around 8 minutes you reference the star of David and the left corner of the seal being a combination of water and fire. I'd like to point out that it could also be read as combining all four elements as you would not see the line as prominently drawn across the top and it would be roughly the same place. So the argument could be made that it is a combination of any of the elements if not all of them. But it is still a union of contrary things that are diametrically opposed, or quadrimerically opposed if it were. Just an observation.

And it's also hard for me to tell if it's another Cheit/ח or not). The numbers you mentention are the numerological equilvnets. In some cases people believe that words which form similliar numbers (I.E. Yud/י is 10, Cheit/ח is 8, Hei/ה is 5 so that's 23 for the word "animal" [Chai-ya \ חיה] is also like the word for "proncouncation" - Hagaya \ הגיה, two Hei's [5+5], a ג\Gimel [3] and a Yud [10]). Fruther more, there are people who combine the whole numbers (so for 23 that'd be 2+3=5) and equate personality types to the numbers, not unlike astrological signs. What does this all mean? But the letters of the Tetragrammaton look like they might be out of order, as is is both written left to right in the talisman, and the letters for Y and W are switched around (Making it WHYH). This is made a bit more confusing if it's supposed to be read clockwise, because it would then read as "HYHW." It might get weirder still, because the way both instances of "He" in the circle might actually be the letter Chet.

Freemasonry isn't magical or occult, they are just fraternities but some of the streams became more and more mystical and/or religious with time (Martinism was born from French Freemasonry) The Square used in the talisman on Guts' arm is shaped like the "zodiacal chart" used in Geomancy (medieval and reneissance divination practice) and that is read from the leftern triangle (with the masonic symbols) counterclockwise until you hit the triangle above it. Thank you for this deep breakdown of all of the reference of myhtology, magic and alchemy from Berserk. As a fellow struggler for last dozen or so years and as someone who's dabbled in the craft and research into both the esoteric and theology, I had an indescribable appreciation and respect towards the craft and care put into Berserk by Miura. I have other friends who are also fellow strugglers but not as read into the subject that was described in this vide so I wasn't able to share this side of lore with them as much. Some of them just played it off as Miura going high fantasy and just kept it at that which is alright, but when you realise how in-depth he is with the subject matter he poses and the amount of research and consideration that he must of had to conduct while producing the comic itself is staggering to me as one who wishes to do similar.

So El the abbreviation to our modern Jewish God is the combination of these meanings. I love all your videos. The esoteric videos are truly fascinating. Have you ever seen shaman king? It’s a very lighthearted show yet does have some interesting metaphysical concepts as the season arc progresses. When I watched the first couple episodes I wasn’t very interested in the show yet I kept watching. I’m glad I did because the final few episodes of season one are pretty intense.

Re:Misspelled transtlation of names, afaik in hermetic gnosticism homophones are often used to give many layers of potential meaning. It is possible that the original japanese names were more subtle and then in translation they were spelled phonetically arriving at very different results.
There's also a hexagram ritual in the golden dawn. The pentagram represents the microcosm, while the hexagram the macrocosm. The Hebrew letters all have a symbolic meaning. Crowley explains it in the Thoth tarot. You can see the letters in the major arcana. The letters can also have a numerical value so they can add up to something. They can also be abbreviations just like AGLA
The pentagram opposite the hexagram is not used as a banishing node in this diagram. The magician would want to make the seal balanced, in order to act like a container for the central element. At the top, Sol and Luna are opposed. To keep it balanced the two bottom elements would need to be as well. The duality present in the bottom two symbols is divinity and man (hexagram and pentagram respectively), as the pentagram is the symbol of humankind. I also believe that the inscription was Paracelsus' Alphabet of the Magi.

Have you read a book called ‘The perfect Matrimony’? It basically talks about the hidden meanings in religion and how religion and mythology talk about sex. Sexual alchemy. How two opposites unite to raise the kundalini (sexual energy) and the kundalini is also mentioned in berserk.

These fallen angels then taught men how to do sacrifices to them and many occult practices. If you look at the the occult practices written in the emerald tablets. The demon fallen angel Toth channels through a man tells the story of how he got on earth and it all lines up perfectly with the fall of the angels. These tablets are basically the fathers of the hidden practices. People who still practice these things have demons channeling art to them. In this example berserk, berserk is a complete mocking of Jesus from the way Griffith picks his disciples to the way that grifith gets tortured and whipped and then proceeds to be resurrected. The bible also says that your children will dream of visions, then ofcourse the children had a dream that the savior would come(griffith). Berserk used to be my favorite manga until God did something supernatural in me. Many artist admit to having lyrics just come to them and they re always something foul or blasphemous. I used to also love memphis rap from the 90s if you look up any of the lyrics of these rappers they're are filled with poetic like demonic chants and praises to evil things. One good example is lord infamous this guy was a hoodlum and he used triplet flows and poetic verses talking about occult practices he's also the creator of the triplet flow. Lord infamous in a interview says hes been to hell and is afraid of going there. Nonetheless forgive me for writing so much. All I have to say Is that occult practices are just the teachings of the fallen angels filled with promises of being ascended into a higher state of being which is the same lie that the serpent told eve. I will never go back to my old life I feel so much peace and joy every single day just aiming to be more and more like my savior. I 99% sure that Kentaro Miura have read the books of Athur Machen (he was the member of Golden Dawn), because the arc of "The lost children" is very similar to fairies-tales of Machen. Also, Miura 100% have read the book "UBIK" (by P.K.Dick, and he was a big fan of Jung).

Many of the Hebrew letters are used in ocult talismans by mixing the Hebrew alphabet with principles of numerology and so use the letters to signify numbers of power (this is a very superficial explanation, I'll see if I can find some of that in my old books to send you).
No offense but you need to get a new Hebrew translator. (I'm orthodox Jewish, I pray in hebrew every day. That's my qualification in hebrew if you're curious) That does not read אל (El) It reads as (AB) or אב Which means Father (Av or Abba. This is why ABraham is known as the "father" of the Jewish people.) and refers to God as father of all. Also, the bottom right symbol in the second sigil is in "celestial script". As for the rest of the hebrew letters. Shin (S.) (The three pointed one.) Is a letter representing God even by itself.

I love all your videos. The esoteric videos are truly fascinating. Have you ever seen shaman king? It’s a very lighthearted show yet does have some interesting metaphysical concepts as the season arc progresses. When I watched the first couple episodes I wasn’t very interested in the show yet I kept watching. I’m glad I did because the final few episodes of season one are pretty intense.
The squiggly lines you can not make out are Angelic Seals used in summoning angles and demons. Normally you would see them on a metal plate made from the material specified for that angle be it lead, gold, tin etc.....
For the first time in my life I heard about Lodestone in Berserk. On the same day I heard it mentioned in one of the occult videos. Im still on season 1 and I searched if they had any references to Occult because the whole story felt very enchanting and hints of fool's journey.

Re:Misspelled transtlation of names, afaik in hermetic gnosticism homophones are often used to give many layers of potential meaning. It is possible that the original japanese names were more subtle and then in translation they were spelled phonetically arriving at very different results.
There's also a hexagram ritual in the golden dawn. The pentagram represents the microcosm, while the hexagram the macrocosm. The Hebrew letters all have a symbolic meaning. Crowley explains it in the Thoth tarot. You can see the letters in the major arcana. The letters can also have a numerical value so they can add up to something. They can also be abbreviations just like AGLA
The pentagram opposite the hexagram is not used as a banishing node in this diagram. The magician would want to make the seal balanced, in order to act like a container for the central element. At the top, Sol and Luna are opposed. To keep it balanced the two bottom elements would need to be as well. The duality present in the bottom two symbols is divinity and man (hexagram and pentagram respectively), as the pentagram is the symbol of humankind. I also believe that the inscription was Paracelsus' Alphabet of the Magi.
@Max have you looked into angelic script? It was used to form contracts with angels it's also seen in Solomon's goetia.. that's what those symbols look like to me.

Have you read a book called ‘The perfect Matrimony’? It basically talks about the hidden meanings in religion and how religion and mythology talk about sex. Sexual alchemy. How two opposites unite to raise the kundalini (sexual energy) and the kundalini is also mentioned in berserk.

These fallen angels then taught men how to do sacrifices to them and many occult practices. If you look at the the occult practices written in the emerald tablets. The demon fallen angel Toth channels through a man tells the story of how he got on earth and it all lines up perfectly with the fall of the angels. These tablets are basically the fathers of the hidden practices. People who still practice these things have demons channeling art to them. In this example berserk, berserk is a complete mocking of Jesus from the way Griffith picks his disciples to the way that grifith gets tortured and whipped and then proceeds to be resurrected. The bible also says that your children will dream of visions, then ofcourse the children had a dream that the savior would come(griffith). Berserk used to be my favorite manga until God did something supernatural in me. Many artist admit to having lyrics just come to them and they re always something foul or blasphemous. I used to also love memphis rap from the 90s if you look up any of the lyrics of these rappers they're are filled with poetic like demonic chants and praises to evil things. One good example is lord infamous this guy was a hoodlum and he used triplet flows and poetic verses talking about occult practices he's also the creator of the triplet flow. Lord infamous in a interview says hes been to hell and is afraid of going there. Nonetheless forgive me for writing so much. All I have to say Is that occult practices are just the teachings of the fallen angels filled with promises of being ascended into a higher state of being which is the same lie that the serpent told eve. I believe kentaro was being used by demonic entities to write these things. Everytime someone mocks God it's always the God of the bible. Forgive me It's kind of hard to explain thoroughly through a comment I don't have this all written down and organized but that's a quick summary.

God has renewed my mind I can no longer watch porn, waste my time online, or do anything that is sinful. I’ve had plenty of answered prayers from my God. I was like a living dead man extremely depressed but I put my trust in Jesus for my salvation and recognized Im a wretched sinner. I will never go back to my old life I feel so much peace and joy every single day just aiming to be more and more like my savior. I would have never dreamed of ever loving the light and hating the darkness I was full of demons, I loved the appearance of evil I wanted to look like a devil. Everytime I would listen to satanic music I would hear voices in my head that would tell me to go the whole way and just worship Satan. I used to hate everyone now I have so much love for everyone I see. One thing that has really helped strengthen my faith is Christian apologetics. I 99% sure that Kentaro Miura have read the books of Athur Machen (he was the member of Golden Dawn), because the arc of "The lost children" is very similar to fairies-tales of Machen. Also, Miura 100% have read the book "UBIK" (by P.K.Dick, and he was a big fan of Jung).
Its obvious that Miura was a practitioner himself. Berserk is so obviously channeled by demons through Kentaro, They rejoice everytime someone reads this abomination of a manga in mockery of the Holy God.

Despite the deliberate attempt to disprove/dismantle alchemy through science in the enlightenment the 4 fundamental elements persist as the 4 fundamental states of matter (with fire pulling a double duty, more aptly embodying energy than plasma).
These new definitions treading on archaic word usage such that ignorance of earlier definitions is enough to make earlier writers appear ignorant is purposeful.

Many of the Hebrew letters are used in ocult talismans by mixing the Hebrew alphabet with principles of numerology and so use the letters to signify numbers of power (this is a very superficial explanation, I'll see if I can find some of that in my old books to send you).

Which means Father (Av or Abba. This is why ABraham is known as the "father" of the Jewish people.) and refers to God as father of all.
Also, the bottom right symbol in the second sigil is in "celestial script".
As for the rest of the hebrew letters. Shin (S.) (The three pointed one.) Is a letter representing God even by itself.
