- Our First Hike in Oregon at Smith Rock State Park! 🌲
After an incredible cross-country road trip from Middle Georgia all the way to Oregon, we finally made it to Smith Rock State Park for our very first hike in this beautiful state! 🏞️ In this video, we explore the stunning Wolf Tree Trail, which takes us along the Crooked River and offers fantastic views of the park’s unique rock formations. 🌊
But the adventure didn't come without a few surprises-we had a close encounter with a rattlesnake 🐍 that I nearly stepped on! 😱 It was a thrilling reminder of how wild and unpredictable nature can be.

Ohhh, I enjoyed this! We pass this area at least twice a year, traveling back and forth to my folks' place in Idaho. We have never stopped to explore this park. I think on next year's trip we will check it out! Thanks for sharing 😊

Thank you Jesus for the rattlesnake? I don’t know about you. Lol. I say no thanks! 😂 I have almost stepped on too many of them. So freaky. Anyway, that is a fantastic area. We pass through Bend Oregon all the time.
I've been wanting to see one for a long time and catch it on camera lol I think all snakes are beautiful. I'm just glad I didn't step on it and it actually rattled so I could hear it I wish I would have caught that on camera I was extremely close to stepping on that thing.
If it weren't for the rattle I would have never looked up. It's beautiful out there I can't wait to go back one day! Appreciate you watching 😁
