great show enjoyed the discussion as well the topics discussed. a lot of points resonated with me. being from the 305 area code im spoiled w/variety. I always tweek my flies even in the field for what the fish will respond to. either i take material off or maybe wrap some lead wire behind the hook eye. we fish in a dynamic environment so there is always a need to make small changes. yes material plays an important role in the flies behavior. so choose your materials wisely. I for the most part match the hatch as well as the behavior. If all else fails down size the leader and break out the bonefish flies! 😄
