Dude... People sign up on a waiting list a year before the car is even announced. The car factories are getting calls from billionaires every day asking for the next big thing. People cant get enough of them.
Which is why you never see an advertisement on TV or in media for a Bugatti or a Ferrari. They sell themselves. In America, performance cars were always the musclecars... They were just basically normal family cars, but with a bigger engine and more power. Otherwise the cars were exactly the same.
Then they were placed in showrooms all over the place so that kids would drag their parents in to see the next big muscle car, and while they were there, they were sold other, more sensible cars.
Thats not the world of supercars. Supercars are desirable, collectible, coveted pieces of art. Just like luxury clothes, watches, and other top-end, quality items. Some people sign up for 2 years on a waiting list for a Louis Vuitton handbag too.
Corporate America does not make coveted luxury, or top-end quality items of any kind. In any market space, any product, therefore this seems weird over there. Both that a thing can be in high demand, and the fact that not everybody can have one. It goes against everything cater-for-all corporate America stands for.
The blonde lady in the black skirt with a white stripe looks like what am I doing here? The gentleman with the blue Bugatti, the black Diesel T-shirt and the glasses with orange lenses wasn't particularly impressed either. Nor was the 23-year-old Norwegian footballer in flip-flops. Bugatti sells emotions and I couldn't recognise any emotions at the event. They should do it like Porsche, who invites you to driving events with their new cars. That puts you in a good mood and encourages you to buy. But I read that all 250 Tourbillon are already sold out. Well done Mate Rimac!
Here is the slowest Bugatti Tourbillon, the base model. Expect the Tourbillon SS to have over 2000hp and complete Quarter Mile in 7.9 secs, faster than Rimac or Chiron SS.

Great cars passing by but the event itself looks very poor to me. The organization seems te have no clue how to handle the cars of the guests. The presentation of the Tourbillon looks very amaturstic. This event can't match the Bugatti quality level. Too bad

Customers paying millions for a car are squeezed partially on the street and partially on the sidewalk, watching a show in front of a car showroom smaller than a souvenir shop. The sad salespeople don't care where the customer parks their car for the event. Dressed in wrinkled suits, they head to the train station after the event and return to their dingy apartments in Nice. If you think Monaco is modern and aesthetically pleasing, you're mistaken. Most hotels smell old inside, and their staff are generally very rude. Anyone familiar with Monaco knows what I’m talking about. If I were one of the invited guests, I wouldn’t even get out of the car upon seeing such a tacky spectacle.
