Micro Salmon Fly: VIMU - Salmon Fly Tying

A small size 18 micro treble version of the very famous Atlantic salmon fly, the Vimu.
I have had a lot of success fishing small green butt micro trebles for fresh grilse in low water and I have also had some luck with the vimu tubed stripped fast for fresh grilse . So I decided to combine this into a micro vimu for low water fishing for the up and coming fishing season.

What size hook do you use there, did you say 10 ?

That's a size 18 VMC micro treble. I've tested a few at this size and the VMC has decent strength (for it's size). I love the eagle claw ones too 👍
