My granddaughter had to get 4 stiches in her knee a few years ago. We had to hold her down for the whole thing. I was there with mom and dad, nurses. When she was calm the next day, I apologised to her on behalf of all of us for her having to be held down. I explained why we had to do that to help her medically. But I told her we did not like it either and we were sorry it had gone that way for her. I could see her melt and nod at me, understanding. I want the memory her sub conscious remembers, to be that she is very loved. And that her hurt emotional state was as important as her hurt knee.

She said she uses ilia tinted serum w spf - looked it up and looks like sheer foundation. Unfort it has propanediol which makes my skin bumpy so I can’t use it but wish I could, it looks fantastic on Alana

Quadrillions more animals suffer and die as a result of the toxic and destructive factory crop farming that produces the items on the vegan menu than in all of livestock agriculture every year. And despite lies going around to the contrary, most crops are grown for human food. Second is biofuels for humans and last...is livestock feed.
Your omnivore buddies eat the same foods from crop agriculture so you can’t even blame veganism for that especially when only 3% of the world’s population follows a vegan diet
