Good to see you, Sam. You know that I love your stuff. I have the next 9 days off of work. We might need an in-depth look at my Buckeyes before I go back to work. Lol. See ya soon, bud.
I love college football but today's game does disturb me. I'm 51 and I don't like this. I still am against Reggie Bush getting a Heisman trophy. I'm sorry. He cheated.
My brother played as walk on for three years for Oregon, then started two years. I say pay em. Otherwise it’s just Sabin making billions and kids with families get jack shit
Well you pay professional athletes by buying tickets, jersey and tv subscription. you pay the teen age kids bagging your groceries by shopping at the store. As far as Highschool Atlantics getting paid I really don't see that happening as there is not one large governing system like the NCAA in HS.
@@HuskerPower97 Not enough time today, but; You advocate for a system where cash-strapped schools will contribute roughly 36% of the total "settlement." Hmmm? Meaning it's subsidized by tax payers. Why stop at the players? Give the fans their fair share. How can you prioritize athletics over education for struggling schools? Why not just abolish college sports altogether? Create a minor league. Then you'll learn without the platform provided by colleges many of these players will never have the opportunity to advance. Also, bag boys pay taxes. They're not subsidized by tax dollars. They've destroyed college sports. Just saying.
@@armandhammer3782 that's completely false. The money they are paying them with is from tv revenue. You are none of your taxes are going to pay the employees (athletes).

Thank you, Chris, for the $2.

Good info Sam GBR
....is Michigan winning the UFL?
I agree, Sam. College Football is definitely a professional sport. I don't like it unless it truly helps the kids get their degrees.
Eventually, I think earning your education while playing may no longer be required.
IDK how people are saying this ISN’T the end of the amateur athlete
sam i am too old fashion ,these kids should not get paid it is ruining college sports ,they turned into a business bring back good old football
I agree. I'm 51. I love college football but what is going on just seems wrong. I still think that Reggie Bush cheated and does not deserve a Heisman.

@@chrislane3228 this is off the subject but paying 700 million dollars to ohtani for the dodgers is a joke

U a smart dude bruh-keep going
OH-
There is so much money involved in the best sport there is. It will be pay to win. I think that my Buckeyes will hit the salary cap every single year.
Wait for it....High Schoolers will sue for compensation next. Whose really paying for this? Me and you. I think it's bullschitt. Just saying.
