Did you test voltage on the first Transformer between X1 and X2 or just X1 to ground and X2 to ground?The reason I ask is because X1 and X2 are probably not bonded to ground internally and this would give you false readings to ground
Help!! After a strong storm My Ring doorbell does not get any power. I changed out the transformer and it putting out 19.5V but I don’t get any power at the button outside, 0 volts Any ideas?
