NAS Single malt from the Glen Moray distillery
Matured in approximately 7 years in (mainly first fill) ex-Bourbon casks
ABV 43%
Chill filtered and coloured ???
COLOUR
Pale Gold
NOSE
Vanilla, malty, honey, stone fruit, shortbread, hint of citrus peel, grassy
DROP IN THE PALM - fresh warm brown bread
TASTE
Sweet, toffee, fruity, malty, citrus, crisp, youthful, grassy
FINISH
Medium long, warm, mixed peel, ginger marmalade
WITH WATER:
Nose: grassy, hay and butterscotch
Taste: soft vanilla and lightly spiced honey
COMMENT: a little thin - easy drinking - good value
