Hello ,i am thinking to choose there for Erasmus as well. Buy i heard that Heidelberg is particularly racist city especially for Muslims like me. Do you think it is true?
@@dannading thanks a lot for your honest answer. I couldn't find any source to look at these kind of biases but i only found the rumors... I am trying to choose the safest area since i will be alone for a long time in there. I will try to put Heidelberg at the end of list, since going there can be stressing for me. Hope people will realize how silly to judge someone by their race and religion.
Okay, can we take a minute to appreciate that: 1º She is back!!! and 2º She took the time to put all the times and questions on the description box!!!! Also, can you tell me where is that necklace from? :)
@@dannading the way you vlog is so natural, fun and entertaining. I don't think it matters where in the world you are, I'd love to see more. Also anything fashion related!
I'm still in high school but i already set my mind to go to heidelberg in the future. any tips on what should i prepare for? Also I'm Asian too, I'm afraid that I couldn't find a way to get into this university. I need your help on what do I need to do on getting ready for everything in german.
Hi there, I live in Heidelberg, moved here for University and then stayed. There are loads of Asian exchange students here, so I'm sure you will find an exchange program that can take you here. If you have any specific questions about the city, feel free to ask me.
This video is really useful! I'm also going to Heidelberg next year and am struggling about the accommodation..which area did you live in Heidelberg? and where do you recommend?
I lived in Rohrbach Sud, I would recommend where I lived because it was close enough to Uni and to a big supermarket ! But usually most people want to live in the Altstadt
Hi! I am also a filipina and i really wanted to study in Germany. Actually I'm planning to become a doctor and i really need some help to know what are the steps i need to do in order for me to start my med journey in Germany.I am also planning to do my pre-med in Germany. Any help? Thank youuuuuuuu 💛💛
You want to study medicine in Germany? Get your German to top level. You need C1 if I am remembering correctly because the course is ONLY in German, the exams are only in German and your language skills need to be good enough to make a patient interview. Then you can apply for a special quota. YOu need some cash (10,000 €) in a bank account and also a highschool degree up and accepted by German authorities. If not you might need to make a Studienkolleg (which is basically high school final year all over again).
I studied it when I was 12-16 years old but then stopped until 2017 when I started language classes at University, but I didn't fully start learning it properly til I arrived in Germany
u have done a great job , kindly tell me agr germany jana ho or german language A1 A2 ki hoi ho , mgr Ielts na kiya ho to kia bachelor k 5th semester me admission ho jayega , me my 2 year bachelor kiya hua hai computer science k sath?

I have heard the same thing ! To be honest, I did witness some racism , especially with the police and racial profiling !

Hayley frogg Neuenheim is good if you study a STEM subject :)
Ohh why is that? What if i study humanities/German as a foreign language?
Better to live in Rohrbach, Bergheim or Altstadt then :)
Did you have any experience with German? How far did you get with learning the language while you were there?

Thanks for your video. Would you like to recommend some universities which offer German courses for free for students?
How were you able to spend your money. Did you open an international bank account? And if you did, did student finance pay you through it?
I opened a German bank account with Sparkasse, I received my student finance from my UK account and just withdrew from that account
Na!!
When are you going back to PH?
May-June/ Fiesta time :)
when will u graduate?
20:12, Catalonia is part of Spain lol :)
My friend identifies as coming from Catalonia and not from Spain, I respect her decisions :)
Not for long lol
do you need to speak fluent German to go to school In Germany?
It depends on what you’re studying, I was studying English so I didn’t need it . But learning German is nonetheless useful for day to day life there
