1 tip I can suggest. If you are coming from colder northern countries. Don't bring your summer clothing. Buy it here. Your clothing is made mainly of cotton whereas clothing here is made of polyester. It is much cooler and breathable for these hot climates.
I'm curious. Did you know the people you traveled with or did you meet them when you rented your vehicle and decide to buddy up? How would you feel about going on this trip with just the two of you?
We are all friends! We went to a wedding in Namibia before the actual road trip that’s why we were a big group. Would definitely love to visit again with the two of us as well! It’s a fun place for car camping in general

Haha I think it's because we us the word "jeep" to refer to 4x4 SUV cars like the Hilux. 😅 It's like using the word "pamper" instead of diaper.
