Amazing, I’ve been looking for something to carry my wifi to my shed for ages. Great news you’re in Adelaide as well! Can these be bought in store on only online?
At the moment there’s a backlog so online is the safest. Once we get ahead of the curve they’d be available in person
Hi guys just a couple of questions on shed link antenna.. is ok for antenna to be in the open ie rain /sun and is height a help ? Mine is probably going to be about 3m off the ground thanks
Hi. Yes, the white unit is IP-rated and sealed and meant to be left outside (in the weather)

Hi Paris. Thanks a lot for the feedback. The unit has a 12month warranty. However, after that we still are able to support any setup issues you might have.
It would be nice if you could make a step by step youtube clip on how to connect remotely to a wifi device in your shed from outside the shed or remotely from an app on your phone.
For example.
If you had a arlec grid wifi power adaptor in your shed plugged into a power point with a light or radio plugged into it
How to turn that item on from the arlec grid app on your phone.
Im a bit confused on the process as ive never done it and need to see it done to get a better understanding on how to access the shed wifi from an app.

Agreed. We will work on making a simple demo video with the installation from start to finish
I have now got my system set up and running and it works sweet.
I can now have the roller doors all down on my shed and still get full internet service in my shed.
I only have one last question..!
Is there anyway of changing the name of the system.
For example when I go to connect any device to it.
It shows its name as camp pro or something similar.
Is there anyway of changing it from that to shed wifi or something similar.
@@terryjones3018 I will check with ALFA, but at the moment it's not yet possible (to the best of my knowledge). Allow me to confirm this though
what products do you have to help me increase my ability to strengthen free wifi locations for my laptop. i spend a lot of time on the road and coffee shops and free wifi locations but sometimes i don’t get full reception if i’m not directly in the shop. for example if i’m sitting on the shops tables outside i can’t get their free wifi. Don’t worry i only want to access te wifi of those locations where i’m a customer. eg mcdonald’s, coffee shops gym etc etc. what can i do
I would probably recommend using an ALFA card. They have great sensitivity, which means you will be able to pick up a much weaker signal and still have a connection.
