- This is with no doubt one of the hardest transcriptions i played and recorded on this channel, specially the Solo part is quite fast, and you need to control tapping techinique (even if all the tapping is made on the same string) to play it. I transcribed it as similar as possible to the studio original version, as reecorded by Mr.Grosskopf on 1988 Helloween' "Keepers of the seven keys part 2" album.

Are you sure? I think this part is played all in sixteenth not in eights.
This way is rather simple
I'm quite sure because I listened to the isolated bass track (if you want, I can send it to you). Also saw them live a few days ago, if you pay attention Markus often plays eighteen notes while guitar or double bass drums plays sixteenth notes.

Voglio chiarire, non è una polemica, è che Eagle è uno di quei brani che mia sempre ossessionato e che non sono mai riuscito a decifrare con certezza.
io ho studiato sull'originale, ovviamente, ma ho recuperato anche una trascrizione da un libro giapponese, ma non credo sia totalmente attendibile, se vuoi te lo mando.

Certo, fa sempre piacere cercare di chiarire su questi aspetti. Come sempre dico, trascrivere non è una scienza e solo chi ha registrato la linea sa davvero cosa a suonato quel giorno. Io in verità sarei molto più ossessionato con sapere cosa suona esattamente nella parte di tapping dell'assolo, già che nemmeno nella traccia isolata si capisce bene, e non ho mai trovato un video dal vivo di quell'epoca (adesso fa una parte diversa dal vivo, li ho già visti 3 volte 😅 e sempre fa una parte più semplice....).
Ho visto anche varie cover si UA-cam, ma tutti la suonano diversa. Io mi sono ispirato in parte proprio dal video che hai passato 😅 però cambiando quello che sento diversi nella traccia isolata. A me sembra abbastanza chiaro che sta suonando ottavi. Se mi lasci un email ti passo la traccia, fatta usando Moises.ai . Cosi puoi dirmi cosa ne pensi. Le critiche costruttive qui sono sempre benvenute su questo canale 👍

Hi! I've already answered this question in another comment. Yes, I'm quite sure, try to listen to some live version or to the isolated bass track. I think you can hear that he is playing eight notes and not sixteenth. But you can choose to play as you prefer, the important thing is to enjoy doing it 😉🤘
